This store is frequently staffed by only 1-2 employees on a Friday or Saturday night. One cannot operate a pizza shop with two employees on weekend. Lest you excuse them for labor shortages, after not receiving my order 1.25 hours past the quoted pickup time, and after being lied to by both employees for an hour while waiting in the lobby (they said "Your order just went in the oven and it will be 11 minutes..." but after 1.75 hours from the time I ordered, they were only able to produce 1 of the 4 items I ordered), I walked across the street to Dominoes, and was greeted by 7-9 hard working employees. I recognize that it is not the Little Caesars Employees' fault that the owner only had two people working, but both had zero sense of urgency as they were working. Further, even if the employees could be excused for throwing up their hands and deciding not to do meaningful work under adverse conditions, it is inexcusable that both employees lied to every customer who came through the door, instead of telling them that their orders were never going to be fulfilled. At least with that knowledge, people could go elsewhere for food without wasting 1-2 hours of their weekend. I will say, when I am able to get a pizza from this location, the build quality is very good. So, if you physically walk into the store, and see a half dozen folks working, it MIGHT be worth the risk of placing an order at this location. As this location has been turning off their pizza portal so that online orders cannot be placed, I have been going to the Hamilton location at 1476 S Erie Blvd, and my order has never been late. Depending on your location, that might be a work-around for...
Read moreIt was a last minute pizza grab we're packing for a move. I walked in with 3 people ahead of me. The man taking orders and preparing the orders and serving the orders seem a little overwhelmed. I'm positive it was the fact I was the 4th order taken and then 3 more people walked in after my order. He acknowledged every customer that walked in. He asked (if I wanted crazy bread, cheese bread or drinks) upcharge questions. I ended up ordering 2 cheese pizza and 2 crazy bread. I had a small wait for fresh crazy bread, that was fine my kids loved the hot sticks. I was a little taken back from the price, I had to ask him to repeat what he got thinking he missed something from being short staffed and doing all of the work himself. Bobby got all of my order and prepared it and served me my order along with kindly taking the time to bag the hot crazy bread and sauce instead of tossing it on top of the pizza box and letting me walk away possibly dropped something. Most definitely expected to spend more then what I did, so I left the rest with him.
Thank you Bobby. It was a great last experience in...
Read moreSaturday Hours on the App & listed on Google states this location is open until 11:00pm. At 7:50pm, I placed my order and paid for a $35 order for pick-up on the Little Ceasars App. I had to pick-up my daughter from work @ 8:30pm, so I submitted for a 8:45pm pick-up. I pulled in @ 8:43pm. The young worker/manager turned off all the lights, locked the door, and walked away when I was walking up to the front door. She saw me but did not acknowledge my presence. I knocked on the door, which she turned around, opened the door, gave me an attitude saying "You gonna have to call to get a refund, cuz we closed", and then shut & locked the door. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything. The thing that really irritates me, the workers split up the 6 or 7 pizzas that were sitting on the counter and took them home. So, I have to call to get the $35 refunded, which could take up to 2 weeks to get back into my bank account. And, most likely, there will be no consequences for the disrespect and rude Customer Service...
