Damenzo's Pizza — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I order from Damenzos very often and when I do its not a small order because I have a large family so it's usually at the most $40. So when I ordered I got regular size italian beef but I paid for jumbo size then the total on the receipt said 39.49 which was what was told to me when I ordered over the phone but when the driver got there and ge realized I wasn't there and my brother was younger he took advantage of him just so he could get a tip and charged $44 dollars. When I called to let them know I asked for the manager and who ever the man was he was rude and told me I was lucky because I paid less then it was supposed to be so whats the problem and hung up on me. First off they have good food but if they are treating people like that and taking advantage they wont be in business for too much longer and whoever the owner is I would love to speak to him personally because this is not the first time this has happened and people spend their hard earned money when they didnt have to eat there they could of just went somewhere else. This place is full of b.s they tried to jip me. So there was a 32 inch giant pizza ordered by someone and they cancelled on it. so im guessing they were losing money for it, anyways the prices are up on the walls CLEARLY and i came in for an jumbo Italian beef for the first time and i had called before i got there the guy told me $9.10 total... COOL decent price for the size of it. When i get there the guy tries to charge me $12 something im like i JUST called on my way here and the total was $9.10 now is $12 (& change)? On the wall are the different size beefs with a sign that says jumbo beef (the biggest one) was $8.65 (something like that under $9) so $9.10 total i can understand with tax. Although i was reading the dang sign clear as day the man tried to agrue with me saying that that wasnt the price..i asked him well why hasnt it been taken down its plenty of you standing back there in this empty restaurant for one of yall to come and fix or update the sign price asap.. I told the guy that they were false advertising and just walked out. So never even got to taste the food the service is...

I called for delivery for a STUFFED pizza and the guy on the phone said “We dont make stuffed pizzas”(its in their menu) Then delivery got here 2 hrs later and driver said “were at the corner. your address doesnt exist can you walk to the corner” I waved him down n made him come to my home. Driver dropped the cc machine and they had to call the restaurant to get my card to go through. I open the pizza n the pizza was cold and cheese was shifted over. I called the restaurant n the same guy who took my order wanted me to place a NEW order instead of passing the manager the phone. I tell him why i needed to speak to the manager and he translates. I tell him I speak Spanish and want to speak to him directly and not have a translator. Manager was like ill give you a discount NEXT TIME I said no I want a refund. They said the option was theyll send a new pizza or they come get our current pizza for refund. Ive ordered many times before and understand if its busy but TWO hours for delivery is unacceptable. Also, this is NOT a stuffed pizza....
