Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

This location is so disappointing :( The first time I went in, the girl on the register didn't know what she was doing and my card wouldn't go through because their system froze and I had to wait like 15 minutes until someone figured out how to work the register. My pizza was cold by the time I got home. They also forgot to give me my marinara sauce. I went back when I realized it as soon as I got to the car. This wouldn't have normally been a problem, but they charge for sauce you see. Second time, I ordered delivery. I feel so bad that they only have 1 driver and it took them like an hour to get here. Ok, so I ordered my pizza online. All pepperoni & Mushroom and green peppers on only half. Simple. My pizza gets to the house. All cold. An hour later. And my order is completely wrong. No pepperoni. Right half mushrooms and left half green peppers. It was $18 for a large pizza with what suppose to be 3 toppings. I called to complain because I feel I need to get my money's worth or take my business elsewhere. I told them they messed up and that I wanted my pizza corrected and for someone to come pick up this messed up pizza. It was gonna take another hour for them to get this issue corrected. They told me to keep the pizza. No one was going to eat it so we threw it in the garbage. I felt bad, but I did tell them to come pick it up cause no one was going to eat it (-_-) I told them I wanted a refund and the said it would be 3 - 5 days. I will NEVER order from this location again. Making pizza isn't a hard job. Sauce and toppings. Next time I want pizza, I'm going to make sure to have some frozen ones on hand and in my freezer, so I can pop it in the oven. Anything tastes better than Domino's dry ass, no sauce havin, burnt crust and nasty cheese pizza. I wish we had a Pizza Hut in Little Village. I love their pizza so much. Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH DOMINOS UNTIL I PLACED A ONLINE ORDER THAT SHOULD OF BEEN NOTHING BUT $21.34 and they charged my husbands credit card 25.36 they charged the card 4$ extra dollars with out me not my husbands permission I called the store to get a valid reason on why we got charged an extra $4 and a lady answered and told us to give them a call back at 5 not even 30 mins later we received a call regarding the situation and we Were told That we gave a 4$ Tip and we NEVER ATHURIZED that payment meaning that the delivery man took it upon his self to give himself a 4$ tip i also got hung up on by the manager I called several times and kept getting hung up until a Hispanic lady answered speaking in Spanish b/c she must of thought I was uneducated until I responded to her in Spanish as well she was going back and fourth with me on why we got hung up on instead of trying to understand that her delivery man should get punished for stealing 4$ she also hung up the call I will be making this review as well as calling corporate b/c of someone can't handle my situation they shouldn't be working with customers or even be a...

I am super dissatisfied and disappointed. I’ve been coming to this Dominos locations for almost 6 years. Today, I ordered 2 large pizzas and a chocolate dessert. The driver came and I tipped, per usual. When I opened the first box, the pizza was completely burned. Crust was hard and cheese and toppings were almost black. Pizza is usually cut in 8 slices or so; this one came out to be literally 4 huge slices. The second pizza was not burned but was cut into huge slices as well. The chocolate dessert is usually covered in white powder but not today; it was plain and boring. Everything was still eatable, but disappointed because I expected better from my local Dominos.

I’m slowly losing faith at this location. I don’t know if there are new people working there or something has changed in their management, but I hope that other local customers can take warning and read what others say first before ordering from here.
