Red Snapper Madison — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Wow. Truly impressed with the nachos and I’m sure you’re thinking “why would you order nachos from a chicken spot?”This just happened to be the only place that was nearby & still open selling nachos at the time so when I asked the cashier if they use shredded cheese or nacho cheese and she told me nacho cheese I was sold and I was like let me try it and they did not disappoint. Satisfied my craving for sure. The cook was even nice enough to fry me up some tortillas to make me real tortilla chips instead of using Doritos like they usually do. It was amazing. My only complaint is i wish I had more chips but you know he was making em fresh so makes sense as to why there wasn’t a lot. I had a lot of topping leftover but it’s ok because I had tortilla chips at the crib but yeah like wow 10/10 I was not expecting them to be so good, but they really were surprisingly. We placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before going to pick the food up. They didn't start cooking the food until I arrived, they said because it was a big order. Why take call in orders if you're not going to make the food until the customer arrive. Another customer called in an order for a pizza puff. He was told that they don't make the orders until you arrive. Crazy right? Once my food was ready. It set on the counter for about 10 minutes while one lady was standing in the corner another one was in the lobby talking to her friend. Then she went back behind the counter to ring her friend food up and bag her friend food up while the rest of our food just set on the counter. Never again. There are better...

I always order from here for delivery because the prices is good, but every time I order my meal is always missing something. But i guess you can call me dumb cause I continue to order from here. But today I call at 9:44pm for my order that’s would take 45 minutes to prepared, and I have not received my order, because the store closed at when I called back @ 10:56 and I barely was able to get a respond because the worker would answer the phone just to state that Red Snapper was close.
