UPDATE!!! I went a 2nd time to try different offerings and see what the customer service was like. I will start by saying there was "A While Snack" that greeted me and was very polite and courteous that took my order. I know that, because her shirt said so lol! But the wait time was no longer than 10 to 15 mins from start to finish, and the food was extremely fresh! I tried the Chicken Philly and The Chicago. The chicken Philly was literally just that, and the Italian was basically an Italian Beef spotted with hot peppers on a giant potato! Both were amazing, and I'll be going back to try more iterations, cause I haven't missed yet! My only, and I'm being super picky drawback, is the fork doesn't hold up well. By it being so fresh, the fork isn't strong enough to get through the temperature of the potato without throwing up the "live long and prosper" sign. No other negatives outside of that, and even that's being real picky.

I will preface my review by 1st saying I ordered through Postmates, and while I'm aware of the facility, I've never actually been in to see the inside or experience the customer service. With that being said, even with the delivery, my potato was so fresh, it was like I was eating it right from the counter. I got the Seafood Sensation, which is lobster claw meat, jumbo shrimp, spinach, and covered in a butter garlic sauce. 1st, the baked potato was gigantic! The toppings were bountifully over the entire potato, so every bite had toppings instead of running out of toppings with half a potato left. I'm a big portion fan, and this potato left me full without need of anything else for the meal. I'm definitely excited to try other offerings after...

I tried it for the first time. We ordered it on Uber eats and they gave us a 45 minute wait time. We had to park a block away and to walk through a not the best of neighborhoods! When we arrived, an hour later we entered the store and there were at least 6 customers waiting and complaining about their wait time. We went to window gave them our name and we were not greeted or anything. We were told to go down to pickup window which is a closed wooden slotted door. After standing there another 15 minutes, I saw another customer knock on the slotted door, so once she asked about her food, I caught the window opened and asked about our order. We were told by the young lady just give her a minute. After about another 5 minutes later, she opened up the window and called our name. When we got home, we opened our food to eat and it was cold but overall the food was really good and lots of it. If we would have received better customer service and if our food wasn’t cold, the parking was better and staff a little more friendlier this place would be a 5 star. The sauce that put on the potato was really good and I needed just a tad bit more. The seafood was seasoned really good ! We also ordered the wings and fries and they...

We came from over by the twin cities to this hidden gem in Chicago. 6 hour drive and wasn’t disappointed! My husband enjoyed the lamb chops potato stuffed with asparagus Alfredo and other goodies and I got the surf n turf!! The steak was a little tough but that’s bias review as I’m recently healing from an infected tooth the flavor was great. It was end of the night and they were closing when we came but that didn’t stop her service the lady was super polite and had a smile the whole time. You wait a little bit for food but that’s because it’s fresh. And the French fries…..OMG I didn’t even get the picture taken they were gone In minutes. It’s a dark atmosphere so no seating but that’s typical for Chicago. And for the people who complain about the parking….your eating on chicagos west side in the hood……you wanna try it you’ll find a spot and figure it out. Welcome to Chicago. SMH. This is worth it and is tasty and you won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks for great meal from your new Minnesconsin guests!!! We will be back in a couple...
