Rude Boyz Jerk & Soul Cafe — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I came here for the first time with my partner because we use to pass it all the time. One day we decided to get it to go for dinner. Here is what we ordered and my thoughts on it..

Cajun pasta w/ chicken: I LOVE pasta but this was a no for me. It was WAAAYYY too peppery. I couldn’t eat it AT ALL. Whether it was the chicken containing pepper or the Cajun with pepper seasoning, it was too over powering it just burned and tasted like black pepper. It was a waste because I knew under all of that it could’ve been really good.

Chicken rice bowl: The rice bowl was pretty good. The only thing I was turned away by was the small garden cheese on top that couldn’t be mixed in and the fact that the rice was a bit on the dry side.

Jerk chicken egg roll: The flavors were spot on. Wasn’t our favorite out of the two but really delicious!

Garlic parm egg roll: Tasted EXACTLY like a garlic parmesan wing. They nailed the flavor spot on. It was strong but still delicious if you’re into garlic parm.

Jerk chicken: This was actually good! The smell from the container was already enough to know it was going to be good.

Baked Mac and cheese: This was a big no for me. Both of us. It was too oily, too gummy, no seasoning at all. We didn’t...

Fantastic Food and Exceptional Service at 3 Kings Jerk & Soul!

Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at 3 Kings Jerk & Soul, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! I ordered the surf and turf loaded potato with salmon and shrimp, and it was truly a culinary delight. The flavors were exceptional, and each bite was a burst of deliciousness.

Not only was the food top-notch, but the customer service was also impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, and I appreciated the clean and well-maintained lobby.

One thing that stood out to me was seeing the owners leading by example. It's clear that they are passionate about their restaurant and are dedicated to providing a great dining experience for their customers.

I traveled an hour to dine here, and it was absolutely worth it. I can't wait to come back and try more of their dishes. If you're looking for amazing food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend 3 Kings...

I finally tried this place last night for dinner. I’ve driven by it a million times and always thought it looked good. The food I got doesn’t look bad, but let me tell you… this food had me so sick. The only thing that was fresh and tasty was the macaroni. It actually didn’t look great to me but tasted fantastic. The egg roll was the worst part of the meal. I’m glad I only got one to try. It was the philly cheese steak roll. It was so chewy and disgusting. Seemed like it was a few days old, not even just hours. Nothing to really say about the cabbage. You can see it was seasoned with powders and has no vegetables or anything in it. No complaints, but I definitely won’t be back for it. The chicken I picked at because I was hungry, but it tasted old as well and very very dry. This food literally ruined my plans for the night because I got sick. Sooo disappointed.
