Sun Submarine — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Omg!!! These people took forever with my food. I came all the way from south suburbs to get a gym shoe it was terrible back then I could get real sub meat real gyro meat and real Italian beef meat layed on the bread these rude people took a little meat crumbled it up and threw it on dry bread they mess my order up no cheese which I payed for no lettuce why ask. why ask what I want if u not go listen?? Fries was over hard they didn’t want to give me my fries that came with my order cause I ordered an extra fry for my son so I had to wait extra 30 mins for him to cook me some fries they told me comes with my $12 dollar gymshoe sandwhich. I had been waiting almost hour already on order mind u I called 40 mins earlier food wasn’t ready close down already they cheating people out they food and money bad all the way around nasty...

I found a long hair in my burrito last night and when I took it back they didn't want to remake it all because I told them not to put hot peppers on it the second time because I didn't know they put hot peppers in it, they were so rude they threw my money at me and they don't wear hair nets, they don't wear gloves when they are touching people food and they hire crackheads and let them handle people food and I saw one of them digging in their nose and cooking people food they are very unsanitary I wish I could give them...

I went to this location thinking that they would be the same as the one on North Ave near Central. I won't come back to this location I always get chicken tenders from sun sub and they be good but when I went to this location they tenders was not crunchy I open my stuff to some soggy tenders with no lemon pepper which I asked for. They grease taste old...I'll just stick with the one on North Ave near Central their food always fresh crunchy and they get your order right...
