La Michoacana Elite — Restaurant in West Chicago

I went last night at 8:21pm to buy 3 champurrados (2 de chocolate 1 de Guayaba), all 3 tasted spoiled and sour. I went in today with the champurrado so they could taste it and the worker agreed it tasted sour, she called the owner Sandy and had me speak to her, and the owner called me a LIAR! Even after her worker tasted that old, sour champurrado. Horrible customer service, and not to mention health safety out the window. Never ever going back! Go to the one in warrenville it’s worth the 5 min drive 👍

P.S- I live in Chicago and was on the highway I am not turning around and rerouting due to your nasty establishment. I tasted the champurrado while on the road.! Pointless talking to...

Service was terrible. $8 for chips & cheese?! There was barely any cheese for my Cheetos and any cheese that I did get for my Cheetos was EVERYWHERE. The girl tried handing me my chips without adding them to a bag and I asked her to bag it for me. She did it with a bad attitude.
