Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Chicago

Worst ordering experience ever. Yesterday I called 4 times to pre order two stuffed crust pizzas no answer, my boyfriend called twice no answer, his sister called twice no answer all the phone did was ring. when We arrived to little ceasers I asked the cashier if there phone wasn't working with a smiling face he answered no he said his lines were down, while waiting for our pizzas i intended to call them again to see if there lines were down i heared the phone ring many times and the cashier and the workers only walked by a thousand times ignoring the phone, I called 3 times while waiting for my pizzas and all they did was talk in the back and ignore the phone. after waiting for our pizzas 20 minutes they still forgot our wings. I am very disgusted by the ignorance and the customer service this place has to offer. would...

Stopped to get dinner. I had a specific order and had to wait, no big deal. Only about 10 mins. The problem occurred when I first arrived which I didn't realize that this happened until it was almost time to leave with my order. When I walked in placed my order and notice that the manager and another employee where leaving to run to currency exchange. But when they left they actually locked the door so that no one could get in or out. So I ended up waiting for an additional 10 mins to get out of store. Then when manager and employee returned from the currency exchange they let me out of the store and multiple customers in and out depending if they where trapped in or locked out. No one apologized for the inconvenience . Also the employees where cursing the whole time management was gone. Not a very great...

Just ordered. I usually really like this location. I just opened the box after getting home to find that half the pizza pushed over and smashed due to the fact half the pizza is much thinner than the rest. It is also much smaller than normal and doesn't fill the box. As if they ran out of dough to make it correctly. The pizza looks good other than that but I also noticed that little caesar's has increased their prices from what I have seen. Also if you wanna make a custom made pizza it instantly goes from 6 to 9 dollars just for 1 ingredient. I wouldn't say little caesar's is the cheapest anymore or as high quality as they once were. They are quickly becoming over priced for the price comparison. I may start sticking with dominoes or pizza now for the price...
