I've had so many issues with this location and the only reason I go back is because I like their seasoning. I have found plastic inside of a sandwich that they did nothing to remedy. I've been cussed out. They gave me the wrong thing. I went back got the right thing... Or I assumed I did. They left the chicken out of the chicken sandwich. I went back again and they gave me a chicken biscuit. And then I told them that it was still the wrong thing and they told me that it was going to be additional because what I ordered was not what it said on the ticket. Very much told them the same exact meal that I always get. I don't eat biscuits. I don't like their consistency. I never have. Few weeks ago they literally ran out of everything. I'm not sure how a store runs out of absolutely everything. Sounds like poor management to me. Ever since then they are constantly out of something. This morning I drove over there to get some breakfast and instead of telling me they were out of Cajun, they ignoring me for 10 minutes. I said hello to the intercom two times and they snapped at me telling me to hold on. There was one person ahead of me and no one in the parking lot. I finally got to attempt to order my meal, and the girl told me that they're out of Cajun. And then she said "If you would just have read the sign on the intercom, you would have known that and you could have just left" are you kidding me? I told her that while there is a sign on the intercom, it's shredded up and very clearly is not new and should have been checked on to make sure it didn't need replacing. It's a piece of computer paper... It's going to get messed up if it's outside, especially with how bad the weather has been. I told her that and then told her that she could have told me that they were out of Cajun. She snapped at me and told me that she didn't know what I was ordering so how in the world could she have known if she needed to tell me that? I know these seem like small things, and it's really just the attitude and God awful customer service. I'm not sure who keeps hiring these pathetic excuses of employees, but I'm waiting for the day that this location gets shut down. Also! Don't bother calling Bojangles (corporate or store) with any issues. They will literally block your number; Even if you're telling them that you found a piece of plastic inside of...
Read moreArrived at drive through at 5:55 am. Was told I had to leave because they didn't open until 6am! Seriously? It was only 5 minutes until they opened! When I said I would wait the 5 minutes she stated that I couldn't wait and had to leave and come back when they opened!? I told her it wasn't but a few minutes until 6 and I would just wait those few minutes until 6 again. That's when she got mad and told me that they were refusing to serve me now and I had to leave! I have never in my 47 years had to deal with such rudeness! Then she told the person behind me that he could wait and they would be right with him! Now I usually go to this Bojangles every morning! Faithfully!! This is the first time I arrived 5 minutes before they opened. Now it's the last time I will ever go there again!! I couldn't believe that she would refuse to serve me just because I was going to wait the 5 minutes until they opened then turn around and tell the person behind me that they would be right with him in a few minutes! I wasn't rude towards her and was willing to wait for them to open up to order. I don't understand why she refused my service and chose to take the person behind me. Maybe she doesn't like white women? She was a black woman and was very rude and nasty towards me so in order not to cause a scene I just left. I was totally pissed off by then and embarrassed that she would act that way towards me for no reason at all. Read moreMy complaint goes back to June. This is how long I have been dealing with this. I go through the drive thru about 3 times a week. Two mornings in a row my food was horrible. After calling the restaurant for a week with no answer, I went there one Saturday and spoke with Galina (Manager of the store) with my receipts. She took my receipts and assured me that I would be refunded. As of today, no refund! I checked in with her each week and she told me they were working on it. She told me for the inconvenience that I could go through and get a free meal since I had not received the refund. She did not follow up with the restaurant and there were issues getting my food after giving her name. She told me 2 weeks ago to go through and get the 2 meals free since I had not received the refund. I went through the drive thru and the lady with long braids was VERY rude to me and said I had been through before. She wanted to argue with me so, I got Galina on the phone with another employee.
