I don't live in this particular area, but work near the establishment. One of my team members told me about the restaurant and said it was good. I decided on a whim to go to lunch there one day. I called in my order from the parking garage. I drove the 10 minutes or less to get there. By the time I arrived, my food was ready. I was greeted with pleasantries, bagged, hot , and ready food! The food was fresh and delicious, the tzatziki sauce is out of this world. Since my first experience I have gone several more times. Gratefully, nothing has changed. The food is great, staff is still friendly, and the service is swift. I can't wait to have the entire experience & which I sit down as a patron, enjoying the establishment and food!

This place will forever be my most favorite restaurant. It holds so many precious memories I had with my mother, Cheryl Boozer who left me too soon June 29th 2024. We often met up there to eat lunch or dinner. I would get the lasagna with mushrooms and extra cheese. Mom would usually get a steak sub with the crust extra crispy or a lasagna. I want to have dinner there again when I'm more emotionally stable. I'm not sure if the owner remembers her or not but I included a picture of her. Mom always spoke highly of Nick's. She was considered a legend to Richland County EMS. She paved the way for female paramedics.

Pizza was good, but personally we would ask for less toppings and cheese next time because the raw veggies do release some water that cause the pizza to be a bit droopy. The dough itself was great, fluffy and chewy/crispy crust. Even with the heavy amount toppings it was still yummy 😋 I got the rice and chicken with Tzatziki sauce and pita and it was pretty good too. The pita bread was nice a soft. Chicken had good flavor. I eat a similar dish at home and wrap it in pita with hummus and pickled veggies so I did feel like it was missing something but this ain't no Greek restaurant 😅

This was going to be a 1star review with angry words...but I'm glad that it's not! I ordered a sicilian pie online but when I got there it wasn't ready. I waited....waited and waited and then one of the staff said my order was coming up. After waiting some more I asked what's going on with my order both women behind the counter looked liked I asked what's the square root of bunch of numbers. When one of them started to speak, I was told basically they missed my order. What I did not like was how they saw me sitting there and no one did or said anything, they knew what I was waiting for yet still didn't make my order while I was sitting there. I started to get loud and did not want to do that so I told them to make my order but I left because I was there for 45 mins and I was very, very upset. When my wife went back to pick up the order she called me from the pizza shop to tell me that they apologized a 1000 times and gave us the order for free and included a brownie. The staff told my wife they realized they should've handled the situation better and explained how the order got missed. I really appreciated the acknowledgement, accountability and the free order. We learned to call the shop to place the order to be on the safe side and the pie was good, we'll definitely...

My family and I have been going to Nick's since I moved to SC, some 5 years now . Never had the opportunity to speak with the owner, until tonight. As he approached our table to greet us and asked where I'm from due to some of my face features and darker complexion ...I politely replied I'm a Macedonia as I smiled. The owner of this establishment was appalled by my proclamation and took it upon himself to "educate me" on my country's history and proceed to tell me that I am a Fool for claiming to be a Macedonia when we all know I'm really Greek and that's that. This continue for several minutes in front of other guests, as well as when I tried to pay my bill and get out of this awful situation. To have a personal opinion about a political situation is one thing but to harass guests at your restorant to the point where they feel they need to smack you in the face for you to shut up is completely different. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in any restorant anywhere in the world. Totally disrespectfull and unprofessional behavior. I chose to take the high road, beacese thats what we Macedonians do but i bearly made it out in a civilized mannare. while we are at ...who is authentic or not...that is not a real...

Customer service by the Manager, Andrew, definitely needs improvement! We ordered our favorite, Greek Chicken and Rice, to go. When we got it home, we noticed the rice (which is my favorite part) was an off white, not bright yellow. Once we bit into it, we found it to be almost completely raw! It was inedible. (By the way, the lettuce in the salad is always brown and the bread is usually burnt, but I didn't mention that since that's normal there). I immediately called them and spoke with Andrew. He told me that they hadn't had any other complaints, but he'd check the rice and if I'd come back, he'd give me more rice. We were in our PJ's by this time, so it definitely wasn't convenient to go get more rice... not another dinner, just more rice. When I explained we couldn't come back, he said to let him know the next time we came in and he'd give us a credit. So, my hubby goes back today and when he finally got to speak with Andrew, he was told that he'd give back only part of what we paid, to cover the rice. It didn't occur to him that not having the rice completely ruined our meals. He didn't care at all. We won't be going back. So I hope his saving himself $9 was worth losing a long...
