Stopped by yesterday to drop off my newly purchased ring to have it resized. I was informed due to the time it would be the next day for pick up. They explained the process of the sizing and how it would affect my ring (prongs would loosen around the stones). Got the call that was my ring was ready today, and when I arrived to get my ring I was amazed at the quality of work they put into it. It had to go up two sizes and it looks like it was never altered (IT WAS THO!) The price was very reasonable and time frame for return was incredible. I highly recommend these beautiful people. I needed a couple of links taken out of my watch so I decided to stop in. Google results said they were open until 4 PM, but when we arrived at around 1PM they were closing up. Not only did they invite us in anyway, but they were a joy to hang out with! I will definitely go back for any of my jewelry needs.
