I loved coming here. Not anymore. Today I was charged a 64% tip on my bill of $11. I was in a hurry and just did tap and pay. I didn't touch the card reader at all! When I brought the amount up to the Cashier, she told me I chose that bc/ the tips are on the screen. I was going to let it go because I was not paying attention & that's my fault, but I've NEVER seen an automatic 64% tip on the screen EVER at any store. I came back in and asked to speak with the manager (whom I didn't get to speak to).As the cashier went through the system to refund me she tells the manager that SHE ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN $7. How do you accidentally tip yourself 64%!?

I'd also like to add that this wasn't an accident, a full 64% tip would have been $7.04. You would have to physically type in a dollar amount and not a percentage to get $7 as a tip.

Be aware & always check that tip...

This was my first time coming here, as soon as I walked in the employee was very welcoming and friendly, greeted me with a smile. He asked me what he can make for me this evening and I asked for a bionico and let me tell you, he didn't dissapoint and I asked for his name and he said Oscar. I am very pleased with his customer service and warm welcoming. Thank you Oscar for your customer service, you're the best and I will be returning...

I was there on Thursday 2/18/2021. Everything was perfect but the guy who was serving us didn’t have his mask on properly, he had it under his nose.
