If you like frozen treats Ashworth Snows the place to go! My wife, grandson and I drove from Beaverdale to West Des Moines to get snow cones. Totally worth it I had A bomb pop wife got over the rainbow and grandson got black cherry and watermelon. It's like tropical snow on steroids! Besides snow cones they offer full service ice cream. They also offer a wide variety of toppings for snow cones including Ice Cream. Yum Yum I got me some.🤔🤗🙂❄🤯👍😋

Very happy with the shaved ice, but they could use a bit of help with organization. I’m not sure if it could fit three staff members, but the two women who were working when we went really struggled to put out orders. I felt really bad for a woman that had ordered before us, and then waited fifteen minutes to get her order after we were served. Other than that, prices are reasonable and I think the location is really nice!

Seriously a surprisingly good little ice cream stand. They have a huge variety of snow cone flavors and ice cream toppings. Their soft serve ice cream has to be some of the creamiest ice cream I've ever had. And the marshmallow topping is just 🤌 definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the area and needing an ice cream fix.

Today we went to Ashworth Snow to have cold treat in an attempt to cool down. The service here was insanely slow and there was no logical process to getting people their orders efficiently. We received our 1 small snow cone 20 minutes later and it was half melted because it had sat on the counter so long behind others orders whose took just as long to get out. It was crazy!!! This has now happened to me twice, I will not be back. If you like a quick treat be leery...

A series of events that include me being navigationally challenged and a walking a mile the wrong way. Saw this stand on the side of the road and decided to try it. I don't like shaved ice usually cuz it's hard and crunchy but holy cow this was the best shaved ice I ever had.
