Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Des Moines

My daughter has been asking to order from Pizza Hut for a couple months. We quit ordering from Pizza Hut because it NEVER fails this location will screw it up. This location is the only one that will deliver in my area. My daughter loves the breadsticks (how they’re supposed to be) Tonight we ordered pizza, breadsticks, and wings. The pizza...I put the box on our dining room table and the grease went through the box and on to the kitchen table within moments. The “garlic” sauce they put on the crust...it tastes horrible and looks even worse. It looks like mold. Our pizza was Luke warm and looked like it was made hours ago. The breadsticks were not cooked all the way through and again, the grease. The only thing edible were the wings. Lesson learned. Done with Pizza Hut. So gross. Called about 12:30-12:45 am last night. The guy that took our order said a hour and a half , and that was fine.. We realized we didn't get 2 liters so we called back to get them added. 2 2 liters made our bill go from $29 to $41. So we correct him. Then on top of waiting so long. 2:30 am comes around and they are still not here. I just went to bed. I just called the day after ( today) to call and complain. Remember we haven't ate all day and are from southern Illinois. I call and ask to talk to the manager and tell her what happened .. She asked for my number I gave it to her and she said we don't have anything for you listed. So I told her everything that was on our order and she still couldn't do one thing about her horrible work crew. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. They took my order , gave me a jank total because they never planned on getting out to deliver...

I ordered pizza and wings at this location at first everything was good then the person behind the counter told me he forgot to to have the wings out for 30 min before cooking so I was it’s ok it happens I’ll take the Pizza now and come back for the wings and when I came back I watched the same person behind the counter making the wings and handling the register and held cash money in his hand and it was $100 bill and as he taking the wings out of the frying basket One of the ones dropped on the counter he picked it up with his bare hands and put it in for my order I did express my concern. He remade my order, and still did not wash his hands as he made the new order I was trying to explain to him, but he doesn’t seem to understand that is very unfortunate. I absolutely was disgusted with this meal I can only imagine the cross-contamination...
