Stopped in a little after 8 two nights ago to find the warmers empty yet again when I ask the heavier black employee when or if there was any food about to be put in the warmer at first I thought he didn’t hear me so I repeated myself again just to find out he was on his phone not paying attention to anything let alone working. This isn’t the first time this employee has spent more time on his phone than making sure the warmer has food. I have also had several issues with getting said employee to take my order as he states he’s behind in it will take an hour or longer, so I stated I would come back, so I returned and hour later to see the warmers were still empty and he and his buddy or coworker were just standing around the sink on there phones cussing and bullshitting with each other. When asked if I could place an order he stated yet again that he was to busy and it would take up to and hour to get my pizza so I walked out and as long has those two employees work at that location I will not be returning. As a customer why would anyone return to this store after 8pm theres never anything in the warmers when those two employees are working, and to top it off im met with unpleasant rude kitchen employees that lie straight to your face the store was dead the warmers were empty and no other orders that I could see of but yet im still told an hour wait that makes no sense to me.. These two need to be fired as every time one or both of them are working, there always on there phone and there’s no food...
Read moreThe tall heavy set guy working the 29th of March seems to have been having a really bad day. First, while there were customers waiting, he was having a mini argument with the manager about cleaning the coolers. As the manager left he made a remark under his breath that I really couldnt hear, but still kind of rude. Then he rang up my donut wrong, as a much higher priced item. When I brought this to his attention he barked "Ill fix it in a minute, are you a caseys rewards member or not". The he says "I cant see what you have in these bags" referring to the donut bag. So yeah by this point Im getting a little annoyed with this angry man, so I say "so you charge for the most expensive one then". At this point he gets even more belligerant, and I decide Caseys really doesnt need my money or business. As Im walking out the guy throws something across the counter. I went out to tell the manager......and she said OK and drove off. You know, this all could have been avoided by asking a simple questions that almost every other caseys employee asks..........."good morning, how many and what kind of donuts do you have?" But what do I know. I do know it's highly unlikely I'll be back to...
Read moreI gave them a few chances, one place I ordered from my parent's farm and drove in and back to realize one pizza wasn't what I ordered. Decided to try another location and the first time was so good I ordered 2 the next time and both were soggy and chewy. Waited all day to order from when the person who did it correctly the first time, always need second chances, to find out they had no crust, trucks havn't been bringing it. I suggested going to other locations and seemed busy but could look into it. I was so disappointed and decided it just isn't worth...
