I want to like this store, but THEY make that impossible. They are always out or extremely low on donuts! ALWAYS. I do not know if it is the franchise owner is trying to cut costs and not make so many donuts that go to waste, or if in general they dont know how to plan their production. If the excuse is “we had a couple large orders” then anticipate at least one large order in the AM and get started on replacing the donuts ASAP. I stood in line for 15 minutes and watched what little do it selection was left get filled with takeout orders. My two kids were both crying and upset because they didn’t get to choose a donut—- one was essentially selected for us due to lack of selection. How about you tell the people in the line out the door that selection is limited so at least they are not having to wait in line for no reason! This has happened in the drive through before to us twice and after waiting in the long line of cars, when it was our time to order, there was not enough left. They had 2-3 people dedicated to drive they while the rest of us in the store saw the limited stock of donuts go out the door. The woman that the register was frustrated and seemed unwilling to help. She was not the manager so she was not even going to attempt to make us happy or give us good customer service, just told us we needed to talk to her manager. Read moreTried to order a Box O Joe and the girl who took my order said she would take a half hr to make it that if I really, really wanted to wait for it bc it was to much work for her to put it all together ... cups and the other stuff she said, and that I needed to park and come inside for it. So I called to make a Box O Joe order giving them time so I could go pick it up, and she said to order it on line, I explained that I tried and couldn't, and is why I was calling, she said she couldn't do it, and didn't know how, so I asked to speak with another employee to see if the knew how to take my order, she said the other girl didn't know how either, then she said she maybe could take the order but I would need to pick it up the next day when obviously I wanted the coffer the same day I was calling, not the day after. With this disappointment of staff services ur coffee craving pushes u to not waste ur time with Dunkin, and just make it at home...
Read moreI want to like this place because it's so close to my home, but they're currently at 50% accuracy when it comes to delivering what I ask for. Today especially, I received a lukewarm grilled cheese with unmelted cheese and partially burnt toast (I'm not sure that's even a menu item) in place of the Big N Toasty I ordered. Going back for something cold, I received an unfrozen Coolatta that could barely be considered 'cold'.
If you do go here, head inside. While the wait is CONSIDERABLY longer that the drive-thru, you're much more likely to get what you ask for. The drive-thru staff consistently can't hear you, jumps the gun on assuming you're done ordering, one particular lady has a very condescending attitude, and as mentioned before, consistently screws up...
