Three of us went ate here and these are the three different orders one is the jambalaya and the other one is the Cajun combo plate sampler and the other one is the French dip the jambalaya the cooks need to taste their food it was absolutely the most horrific jambalaya I have ever had it tasted nothing like it should it was solid tomato paste with bad seasoning completely unedible the red beans and rice was absolutely flavorless and a shame and the gumbo was not a seafood gumbo or chicken they should have tried the food before they served it to people and I usually don't like leaving bad reviews but this time I had to do something for the price it was absolutely ridiculous. Third the French dip was good supposedly it's just a shame that this place is known as a good place and he get this kind of quality

This was my first time at any Jethro's and I wasn't disappointed. Ever since seeing it on Food Network and Man vs Food I've always wanted to go and do the food challenge. I had never tried sweet potato fries before, they were good but their regular potato fries are better. Great sauce selections and great variety of meats and sides. Lot's of wall mounted flat screens so you can watch sports or weather or whatever. Good social distancing while still feeling like your surrounded by good people in a public place. The restaurant was clean and a joy to be in. I got my food in about 10-15 minutes. I have never had chicken like their s before. I can't wait to go back. Kid friendly, they offer your kids a color mat and crayons. Next time I may actually try 1 of their 2 food challenges.

Skip this place. Jethros used to be one of my favorite places. I suggest you stick to bbq Jethro. Gumbo gelatinous goo that's was cold appeared to be from a can or maybe in the fridge a few to many days. Pork tenderloin not cooked and doughy in the middle. I appreciate the giant size, but it doesn't really matter if you don't cook it all the way, not to mention maybe put some kind of seasoning on it. Absolutely bland. Also cold. Brisket nachos cold. Also appeared to have just been warmed up in the microwave, but not quite enough to actually be warm. A mushy mess. The brisket on top had a good flavor if it weren't so absolutely dry. The queso that came with the nachos was flavorless except for the odd sourness like maybe it went bad ?

I’m not going to lie to you fellow googlers looking to see if jethros is right for you. Before my experience tonight I quite hated jethros, even referring to the establishment as “jethshit”. As I now know this action was highly inaccurate, I still do not see the hype surrounding this restaurant. I walked into jethros tonight to find a clean smelling restaurant, with a light sniff of BBQ. I sat down at my table only to be harassed by the waiter asking every damn 5 seconds for a refill. I can only drink so much root beer. I then ordered the brisket platter, and to my surprise my food came within 15 minutes. The burnt ends were too tough, although had a nice seasoning of brown sugar with just enough of the “sweet” essence. The sliced brisket was very average. The pulled brisket on the other hand was somewhat delightful, and the fries were “eh”. All in all my view of jethros was minorly impacted, as I will only go when forced, but I know to expect decent food, with overly considerate waiters. To the jethros owners; Make the brisket better and people will flock from miles around, not just because Man Vs. Food came. PS: not sure if it was because the amount of food i ate or becaue it came from jethros but i have to take...

Unfortunately, the wings served on Wednesday for their "special" of 1# of wings for $4 are not the same wings that are served the rest of the time. The wings we had last Wednesday were horrible quality. The drumsticks were the top ends, with the bone length broken off, which made them sharp and difficult to eat. All the wings had shards of bone in them, which is dangerous. And although previous comments indicate 10 wings in a pound, we received 6 wings in 1 order, and 7 in another order. And no, the wings we received were not of a larger size by any means, which I understand would potentially impact the weight. The manager was too busy to speak to us last Wednesday when we were at the restaurant. When we called Thursday we were told it is a different quality of wings served for their Wednesday special. If you are the kind of person who doesn't mind getting 6 wings for $4 and spitting out bone shards and cutting your fingers on the broken off bones, then definitely take advantage of this "special deal". However this is a bait and switch, and we are extremely disappointed...

Second visit to Jethro's. First visit was good, second visit was fair. I personally feel this BBQ restaurant is over rated. I say that because the BBQ is alright.

Our server had no clue about anything gluten free for those with Celiac Disease. My father wanted a beer and server was clueless. My father had to ask the bartender for a GF menu and about beer selections. Our server came back way to many times to ask us if we wanted to order and wasn't that great.

Our meal came out and was barely warm. When I get BBQ, I expect it to be hot. I did not feel that the BBQ had incredible taste, Jethro's is nothing like a Cooper's that you see in Texas. You get all the bread you want, baked beans, corn on the cob, etc. Jethro's does not even offer corn on the cob. What BBQ place doesn't serve corn on the cob?

With all the awards, articles and publicity for this location, I was not impressed. I won't be back for a third time nor will I...
