They've redesigned the food court so it's no longer grab and pay at the door, you now pay at each restaurant individually. The Chick-fil-a is now closer to a traditional one, with a slightly more limited menu, shared food court seating, and the Pepsi equivalent of the Freestyle Soda fountains.
My main complaint is that during busy times there's always a large group of people waiting around for their orders to be filled and names to be called. If they could better organize this it'd make it a much more pleasant experience.
PS: The Chick-fil-a is all the way in the back corner of the food court, so it's a bit hard to find if you weren't told so and out of the way enough that it's mildly...
Read moreThis Chick-fil-A is not able to handle the large number of students on campus. There is always a line and the mob of people waiting for food is a mess. They really need more space, which is probably not possible due to the location in the student union.
I think the food is fine, but it's nothing to write home about. It's what you expect from fast food.
They often run out of the newly added milkshakes, which is a huge bummer.
