Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in West Chester

The food is good, but the lines are so long to the point where its inexcusable. The place is managed very inefficiently, several minutes will go by before someone will even take your order. Even a SHORT line at this place can take over a half hour to get through. The line would move so much quicker if there was someone taking orders one after the other, instead of taking one order and then going in the back for 10 minutes. People also cut in line constantly, you'll see giant groups of people who think its okay to jump in front of everyone else just because they see a friend of theirs in the line. Really infuriating.
