Our game host, Quinn, was very, very welcoming and kind. She explained well how the locks worked and how to reset them. We did the science 101 class challenge and it was perfect for our group of adults and kids (8 in total). I do not understand how the reviews are so high. The attendant working there when I went clearly did not care about any aspect of the room and it showed. Go to literally any other escape room you can find. These people do not care about creating fun experience for their customers...
