Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in West Goshen Township

The wife and I wanted our annual Blizzard before summer ends and we decided to go to the DQ on Gay St in West Chester. The place was busy as the High school down the street had just broke football practice and the players crowded inside. Courteous as they were it was very busy for the employees. This did not phase the crew as they worked diligently to get everyones order promptly prepared. Even so far as a congenial young man sporting a mustache offered to decorate an ice cream cake for a gentleman who was taking one to a party. Not only was he fast the scroll work on the lettering was very well done. He also provided us with my wifes favorite Blizzard the elusive peanut butter crunch. Many DQ stores look at you incredulously when it is ordered. Not here he was more than happy to whip it up and had the order ready in two minutes flat. This has been by far the best experience at a DQ ever in my life. We raved about the service and were just so impressed with the you g man who waited on us....

I've been going to this dairy Queen for years and love this place and it's super clean, but recently in the last three or four times I've been getting very small portions of ice cream for the amount of money that they charge, before that it was a decent amount for the price that they charge which is a lot but I don't mind paying if you're getting a decent amount. I think they need to train their new help to make sure they give enough ice cream. I even get pup cups and the last couple times it was only about an inch from the bottom of the cup. I hope they change so I don't give it any less than four stars. But like everywhere these days I'm tired of paying more and getting less, it's getting old. ###UPDATE### My wife and I have been here 3 more times after review and you lost loyal customers. I ordered on the app previously here at this location before and I got my order. But I ordered on the app here, I went to the location after placing my order and I go inside and the worker at the register proceeds to tell me that they don’t accept online/app orders. I ask him if he can just make me my order since I paid on the app… he says he can but I would yet again have to pay for it. I asked for a refund and he told me to “call support and ask them” I did in my car right outside of the location. The lady on the phone told me she processed my refund. I then got an email a few days later saying I would have to go back to the store to get my refund....
