As a bagel restaurant, they should be held to a higher standard. I would say the bagels are somewhat chewy. Soft interior and looks like they are fresh. Oddly enough I don't think they taste exceptional but if you are comparing them to a Costco or Grocery store bagel I would say these definitely are softer and freshly made. However I don't know about certain specialty bagels. The French Toast one was probably the best one I had. The asiago was okay too. I'm just a little confused about the garlic I had. I had brought it home for a home made sandwich and I wasn't really sure it paired well. I was surprised because I really like a garlicky taste. I'll have to try again and see what happens. In general I think they do have a decent recipe but I definitely had better. But don't get me wrong, they are definitely a good option for a different change of pace breakfast or lunch. The service was good the last two times I have gone. I would say the dining area was just under halfway full around the 9am-10am breakfast rush. I think most people here take it to go. Which brings me to lunch rush. I think this is where they definitely have minor issues. I don't think they don't care, but I think they miss the fact some people only have 30 minutes for lunch not an hour. So taking 10 minutes to just get your own order can be a deal breaker considering travelling back and forth to work and then the limited time to cram food down I think if they concentrated on these rushes and keeping in mind people have zero patience for making a sandwich etc. I'm not saying it's right to be mean but I do understand that you cannot be late clocking back in What would would be best imo would be to separate the online orders from those in line for ordering Between ordering ahead or UberEats/Doordash and those just quickly stopping in would be good for them. I personally have been eating at the restaurant and had zero issues aside from the wait staff not checking in on me the first time I was here during the late breakfast and lunch rush. I definitely had plenty of time to wait so it wasn't a big deal my coffee wasn't filled. This time multiple people checked in with me so it's definitely dependent on how busy it is. Certain days of the week look worse imo Parking lot isn't great, but it's to be expected based on the logistics. The modern decor is nice. This includes the nice clean bathrooms with the unique sink (with paper towels). Seating is okay, more center floor seating then bench seats. The single access stools at the counter are kinda unfriendly to your bottom. So don't expect to sit comfortably there. All-in-all I do think this was a nice restaurant. My few food complaints would be the unusual omelet choices and no standard omelette choices. As a minor issue is the fact they only have turkey bacon. Kinda wish they had more kosher meats, but that's kinda just me I guess. I'm just used to it at other places like this restaurant.

It actually kind of pains me to leave this review, but I only leave honest ones. This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous inside. And the employees were extremely nice. My waitress “shorter blonde” was so kind and so fast. And I even found a new favorite apple juice. Now comes the bad part, I ended up getting sick when I got home today after eating here. And it was because of undercooked bacon. My meal was absolutely delicious, but I didn’t finish it so I brought half home and I immediately got sick when I was home. I looked over my eggs Benedict and I noticed that my bacon was undercooked. I ordered an additional side of bacon and that was cooked perfectly, but what was initially on my eggs Benedict was undercooked and I was terribly ill. I sadly did not notice while eating and I truly wish I had. My meal was absolutely delicious and I would 100% be willing to give this place another try which is why I didn’t leave negative stars like crazy. The flavors were on point and everybody was so kind there that I truly do want to come back. I’m looking at this as a one time mess up and hopefully next time my bacon will be cooked all the way. I’ll make sure to politely ask for well-done bacon.

Stumbled across this bagel spot just to be in and out really quick and ended up viewing life differently after trying the French Toast Bagel. (I got more than 1 & the walnut raisin spread on a side) Upon biting into this french toast bagel that just came out off of a platter of many that were shining as if they just came out of the detailing shop… I could taste hard work, fortitude and resilience. This is clearly a business that strives and cares about its quality and ingredients, as well as customer service. It is quite hard to maintain a business with this type of quality especially in these times so if you have not tried this spot I highly suggest you walk in, I could eat the bagel alone with nothing and it’s interior and texture was to be placed next to if not higher than a New York Bagel, in which I have had many famous New York Bagels that have not hit the way this Bagel hit.

Terrible customer service - the cashier that I worked with was horrible and is the only reason I’m writing this review. Being nice goes a long way - especially with long wait times & when the kitchen makes a mistake.

Placed an online order for 2 plain bagels with egg & cheese and waited 30 minutes. The cashiers never checked in on the multiple customers waiting for their orders. I finally asked them to read the orders that were ready behind the counter because I had a feeling mine was there. She told me they were all DoorDash orders and went to the kitchen to check on my order. When she came back she said mine would be ready in a minute. I waited for another 5 minutes and asked her for a status update. She told me the kitchen used everything bagels instead of plain and was remaking the order (no big deal at all and I would have taken the everything bagels if she told me). After another 10 minutes she hands me a bag telling me it’s my order, I trusted she was right and took the bag and told her that she should be nicer to customers. She said “That’s funny” and I walked out. I got to my car and the receipt stapled to the bag was a completely different order. I went back in and she asked me “how do you even know it’s the wrong order you didn’t open the bag” (it’s the middle of a pandemic so I’m not going to open someone else’s sandwich to see if it’s correct - I’m going to rely on the receipt attached). She started to look at the bags behind her on the counter (which I asked her to do previously, and she found my order there - it was sitting there the whole time LOL!) She handed me my order and said “I can’t help what the runner hands me” - no idea what she was trying to say as all she needs to do is read the receipt attached to all...

I feel the need to right this review. I would like to see changes made to better the guest experience. The food was deliCious, and the bagel chips I had were awesome. My low star review is based on the very disorganized crew. I came here for sitdown breakfast, and stood awkwardly at the front not knowing if I wait to be seated of if I seat myself. After being seated, I was givin no menus and waited for 8 minutes for a drink order. Never got silverware either, had to ask. When Ordering, I asked for double meat on my breakfast sandwhich which is very common at other places. The server made it seem like it would cost me an arm and a leg, and that I shouldnt need double meat because it is a big sandwhich already. (I felt ashamed I asked.) I came for takeout a week later. When you walk in, the line for takeout stretches to the front door. Staff checks out guests and has them stand at the counter until there order is ready rather then checking other people out. When I finally got to the counter, my order wasnt ready yet and the man looked at me like I had 10 heads. He had no idea what to do. Staff had me stand there and held up the line even more for 5 minutes until my order was ready. When I went to leave, I had to fight my way through a crowd of people standing in the middle of the doorway just to get out. Better train your staff. Reroute your takeout line. Add a double meat option for breakfast sandwhiches on online orders, seems like you guys really dont want me to have double meat. Overall, dont make people feel awkward in there, Im sure many agree its a very awkward...
