McDonald's — Restaurant in West Goshen Township

Went through the drive thru and they asked me to park in a spot and wait. Waited 15 minutes as they continued to be unorganized sending out orders to the wrong cars. I watched 10 cars drive off with their food before me even though I ordered basic food, 2 doubles and a fry!! Eventually I went in and was treated very poorly by the manager. I asked why they continued to park cars instead of serving them at the window and she insisted it was not cheating the system but was designed this way. How the hell is a drive thru designed to park cars? I watched 6 other cars get parked instead of served at the window how it should be. Mean while, the entire kitchen staff was standing around just as lost as their "manager" who seemed to be very confused as to how "fast food" is supposed to work. I would rate this 1 out 10 for terrible service and disrespect to the customer. Good luck of you choose...

I was the 5th vehicle in the drive-through line. I arrived at 6pm exactly and received my food at 6:20pm. I asked to speak to the manager, she came to the window and seemed overwhelmed and as if she did not care to hear my complaint. I asked “Can you tell my why it took 20 minutes to serve 5 cars?” And she shrugged her shoulders and said “we’re understaffed”. It was obvious to me that she didn’t care. When I opened the bag, as a bit of poetic justice for my complaint, the fries were cold and mushy and the bun on my burger was half hard. This location is very poorly managed and run. The McDonald’s at 202 and RTE 1 is far more efficient and I have not had issues with the food. I suggest avoiding this location as it appears they don’t want...

I went inside and ordered food for my kids for the ride back home. Got about 25 minutes away and reached into my toddler's happy meal box to give him his nuggets only to find big Mac sauce in the box and no nuggets. This is completely unacceptable. Clearly this wasn't a mistake and done intentionally. If I could give no stars I would. Called the number on the receipt to let them know what was done only to receive a pre-written letter with a coupon for a free sandwich. I would've been happier with a refund for the food I didn't receive! I had to make another stop to feed my kid...
