Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Hartford

Came to this location ordered on Saturday, after MED - Decaffeinated W/ ONE CREAM & 2 Carmel Swirl & No Sugar. Get me a Medium Vanilla coffee with cream and 4 sugar. Double chocolate donuts. Donut was missed. Next day I come to pick up my missed paid for donut and the girl at the drive thru says unable to give donut without a receipt. I was not given a receipt. But the staff has no power to make a proper customer service decision on a donut??? Ok!!! Girl says come back next Saturday when the person that was working will be back. Come back Tuesday the manager will be there. For a donut???? 🍩 there is no receipt. No one is gonna drive back to a Dunkin Donut and ask for a donut something they paid for and it didn’t happen. Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. Certain customers get special treatments if you are known by the shift leader you can just cut the line and get served. I didn’t know you had VIP service now. I expect to be served as you come in if there’s a line wait like the rest that are waiting.
