You charge $13 for a combo foods good but pricey and light you ask if I would like sauce I say 5 ducks you proceed to treat me like a fool you give me 2. ik y'all's good at math so I asked you for the other 3 you give them to me but with attitude oh I forgot I spent another $1 on Xtra veggies so you give me an handful of bean sprouts maybe. I didn't notice until after I was eating not at the restaurant. Also I purchased an sweet ice tea that the last time I was there I asked the older lady which by the way she's a sweetheart tells me the price is $2 so you proceed to charge me $2.50 last time I was there was yesterday did you just overcharge just to even out what you consider a lost on the couple extra duck sauces that I originally had asked you for? Conclusion your cheap your willing to lose a good customer over your pettiness I wish you the best and God bless you.PART 2 after reading your reviews I see you use the same generic reply you don't care my friend.I worked for a Chinese restaurant before I know exactly how you operate that's how I knew to check the bag for the duck sauce then you proceed to look at me when you noticed what I was doing at that moment you knew you messed up keep making weak excuses they won't get you anywhere with me. the older lady said $2 for the tea I know what I heard yesterday so stop with your BS and treat people with the respect they deserve. About the extra veggies I knew exactly what I asked for when the young male that works there took my order I told him I don't care if I have to pay for the Xtra veggies I'm not cheap like you. You FAILED not only did you not give me what I paid for you jipped me no Xtra veggies but you covered my rice with bean sprouts just on the top of the rice I've been buying rice from you for a few months you never put bean sprouts on any of the other rice I've purchased from you in a combo or a pint or a quart. One more thing I WON'T BE WASTING MY TIME CONTACTING YOU DIRECTLY AT ANY NUMBER AT THIS POINT I'M ENJOYING EMBARRASSING YOU ON HERE WHERE LOT'S OF PEOPLE WILL SEE IT AND HOPEFULLY STAY AWAY FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT I'LL SAY IT AGAIN YOUR A CHEAP AND LOW PERSON THAT AVOIDS ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MISTAKES YOU MAKE YOU PREFER TO HIDE BEHIND BS AND LIES BUT GUESS WHAT THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK AND...
Read moreI’ve been ordering from this place for years. Even with the PREVIOUS owners who had difficulty speaking English & could be loud and come off as argumentative I believe it was just her way of speaking and may have come off as wrong over the phone. Her body language and demeanor did not match her tone over the phone. When the PREVIOUS owners sold the restaurant my family tried a few other take out spots and were left unsatisfied. We eventually cut out Chinese food for months until we heard news of the place being reopened. New staff, new restaurant, same location. The new staff speak extremely well English and have amazing customer service and attention to detail. If I order my ribs a specific way, they arrive in THAT way. My food is ALWAYS fresh and never has that “refrigerated & reHeated” taste that a lot of these takeout places have. The man who delivers our food is extremely humble and polite & ALWAYS comes to the door! My family will never order from anywhere else as Long as they are...

Decent English, too. You have been served a bucket full of Chinese LOVE! And by the time you have finished your meal??? You know you will have to tell your family and friends, and you will be back soon, and often. Do NOT hesitate, its the "New Taste of China", just over the WH /Hfd line, New Britain ave, next to Auto Zone, tucked in next to Pho' Saigon, Vietnamese fare. GEEZ....I have to go!!!
