Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Haven

This is going to be the sixth day in a row on six different occasions that I come to this location and I get told to hold on a moment at the intercom. I’m literally sitting there two whole minutes and I say hello and he goes one moment. Then he finally takes my order after another minute. Then I drive up and I’m probably waiting another two minutes for him to come to the window meanwhile there’s nobody inside and nobody in front of me. I’ve had to drive off three times because of how long I’ve waited again no one in front of me no one inside. Today two cars in front of me I waited a minute before he asked me what I wanted .. I went to drive up to the window was waiting there another two minutes while two cars were still in front of me I ended up driving off the other two cars followed behind me because they were waiting as well.. I’ve been going to the same dunkin for two and a half months now and order the same thing: a refresher with no tea as I cannot drink tea. Today I ordered and was told there was going to be an extra charge for no tea, which I have never been told before. They charged me an extra $1, which isn’t that big of a deal (even though it’s not worth the extra $1), but they never did this before. When I asked them why they started this, they were like I don’t know, it just is now. I would also like to add that they are very rude when it comes to taking your order through the drive thru. I've had a lot of issues with this Dunkin' location. Last time, my friends and I ordered 12 donuts and 3 coffees. The coffee was fine, but the donuts were stale and not soft. I decided to give it another chance today, ordering an iced latte with extra caramel and 4 donuts. The donuts were stale again, and they made me wait 5 minutes before handing me the coffee, which didn’t have the caramel I asked for. After driving a mile i had my first sip and realised the caramel was missing, I had to go back. They added the caramel without any apology or explanation.
