Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Haven

I used to come to this Dunkin’ regularly, but I’ve finally had enough. The bathroom is consistently filthy — we’re talking feces splashed all over the toilet seat, every time. It’s beyond unsanitary.

What’s worse is how they handle food. I’ve seen them place bagels and croissants directly on a crumb-covered workstation that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in ages. When I order something simple like an egg and cheese wrap, it ends up coated in crumbs from who knows what else was prepped there — probably an everything bagel, or maybe just the accumulation of a week’s worth of mess.

Even the donuts are stale half the time, like they’re trying to stretch old inventory to save a few bucks. It’s all around gross. The food handling, the dirty prep area, the neglected bathroom — it all screams poor management and even worse standards.

Honestly, this place needs a surprise visit from whatever company inspects food establishments for cleanliness. They wouldn’t pass. I’m done going there, and I suggest others...

I have waited almost 2 years to write this review- trying to give this DD the benefit of the doubt. As this is the closest DD on my morning commute, I go there almost every day. Lately, the staff has been very rude. I’m okay with an order being made incorrectly (accidentally), but I do not appreciate being told that it is my fault. Almost every other coffee shop will always correct the customers order without complaining. Also, when it’s 7AM and the drive through line is long, I try to go inside to order. However, the staff locks the front doors. The DD app and Google hours show “walk in” and “drive thru.” However, the customers are physically being prevented from going inside. One time, the drive they line took 35 minutes for 7 cars. Lastly, the last months their signs advertise for pumpkin and pumpkin related coffee offers, however, I have been told that there is no pumpkin flavor. I just don’t feel like this DD cares about their customers and it’s unfortunate as it’s in a very convenient...

I like to go to Dunkin in the mornings or sometimes even the afternoon before my classes . Every single time I come to this Dunkin , no matter the time of day, I wait at least 10-15 minutes just at the intercom for someone to take my order . I will say that the staff is always very nice and friendly but the efficiency is horrible . They are also always out of everything and it takes another 15 minutes for the order to come out . I work in a restaurant and I totally understand having to wait some time for my order however , I only ever order a bagel and sometimes drink . There is no reason to have to wait around a half an hour for a bagel and than it comes out hard and stale . I’d like to continue going to Dunkin , but today I finally had enough and...
