Disgusting. It’s 3 am and for a McDonalds that stays open 24 hours, I shouldn’t be served reheated food. The woman at the drive through window barely understood English & screwed up my order because i said water bottles and she tried to charge me for quarter pounders (that’s what she understood). When she gave me my total, is when I realized something was wrong. I ordered a #9 Meal & a #1 Meal with two large sweet teas & two water bottles. Both burgers were cold and my bread was so stiff it looked as if the burger was REHEATED. The French fries also were reheated, as you can see, they’re dark as if they’ve been cooking for a while or heated up multiple times. Definitely not fresh. Ps. I never received my sweet teas and i didn’t realize until we got to our destination which wasn’t close. It’s 3 am. We couldn’t eat the food it was disgusting. To top everything off, I never got a receipt so I couldn’t leave a lovely survey on her customer service, which was subpar. I would’ve loved to speak to someone higher up. Placed a mobile order. It was immediately charged to my debit card. Couldn't go in to pick up our food cause they keep closing the dining room an hour or more early now. Went through the drive through to pick our food up. Even though I could clearly show them the charge on my banking app they claimed the payment didn't go through and wouldn't make our food. Had to pay a second time at the window and hope I can get a refund through the app. Asked how to get the refund and was told "idunno, go on the app." Finally got our food after paying twice and it was ice cold and stale. It had been almost 45 minutes at that point and I didn't have it in me to try and get new food. Also got charged a bottle deposit on an order that didn't even have a drink. This location is an absolute joke. Take the extra ten minutes and go to the Sawmill Rd location. Don't ever go here. Would give zero...

Keep blaming the app for codes not working. Yet in the app it says it took it and that I will have to wait 15 more minutes in order for the code to work again. For what, for them to give me the same excuse that the code does not work and make me wait another 15 minutes. It does take the code or else the app wouldn’t say they took it. Horrible management. I have had other encounters where the manager knows the codes aren’t working for them at the moment and would give it to you for the price that the code said since I did use the code. But these people wouldn’t offer anything for the code not working for them.
