Let me be clear: their wings are THE BEST.

Very good, plenty of flavors. Prices could be better but ill pay for good food.

Boyfriend and I ordered two medium side combos tonight. To make a long story short dude didnt reiterate the total, just took the card and handed my boyfriend the wrong food. They staple the bag so we didnt bust it.

Get home and realize they gave us the wrong order. I called, no issues, just hoping they will compensate for the mistake and deliver us the right wings. He insinuates he gave us the right order, then proceeds to ask why we didnt say anything and how didnt we notice. Its the restaurants job to get it right FIRST. We made a mistake by not checking, but again bag is stapled. You don’t question a customer for restaurant error.

He said he was gonna have to charge us the difference, which i dont agree with but I get it, thats the price we wouldve paid. I asked if their was something they could take off due to the major inconvenience. Get in the house and get cozy, open your food and its the wrong s* you know? But nope. He said yeah no. LOL. Then he said he will give us two sodas. He also requested the food back, which i thought was odd. Not that we wanted to keep (didnt like the wing flavors) but i hope they arent planning on giving those to the other customer who is now missing their food, considering we opened the containers. I feel thats unsanitary.

Overall, banging wings no doubt about it. Theyre quick and delicious but they have to work on customer service. Too comfortable with being neighborhood fav. Wrong is still wrong and you should not question a customer on why they didnt do YOUR job for you. Also don’t be cheap. Compensate when you mess up. That’s how you keep customers coming back and rocking with you.

Update: They delivered the right food quick, but forgot the sodas....

If there was an option for zero stars this place would take the cake . Wife placed order over the phone told them it would be a pickup order and when she asked how long they stated less than 20 minutes..... Get there to pick up order 25 minutes later and the order has not even been started . Took them another 25 minutes to make the order . Then when I when the order was finally done I hand the young guy the coupons that they offer and he stated that they are only good when you tell them before you order.... I asked where on the coupons does it stated that he told me " its common sense dude" I told him that she ordered the food and was told less than 20 min. And I got there in 25 then I had to wait due to the fact that he didnt even put the order in and now you won't take my coupons....I asked for the manager and was told "Abdul" is out of the country ....the rude obnoxious,sleezy,greasy kid with no customer service skills was lucky the cook came from the back and apologized for his attitude is the only reason why I paid for the food and took it. Now when I got home the order was wrong ,under cooked boneless wings I had to throw out and the mashed potatoes looked like they were 5 days old .....so I told my wife to take pictures of the food and then to throw away the whole order. I am very unpleased with not only the service but also the way the food was obviously not prepared nor cooked correctly . I will be in contact with the BBB, and will speak to my source at the health department tomorrow and show them the pictures . The place was dirty and I will make sure they get a full inspection.....Please if you are looking for some good service and good food...

I spent a bit over a week in the New Haven area. The first time eating these wings I did not sit down. I went from just a sample taste to whoa This is good forget, anything else that is going on. Not all flavors are as good. For example, the Caribbean jerk did have the heat, but it didn’t remind me of my jerk chicken from home. The honey lemon pepper is amazing. I ordered close to 50 wings to take back with me. That’s how great these wings were. I was able to find parking in the area when I first ordered in person. Second time I ordered ahead. They also hooked me up with a lot of blue cheese. Keep in mind I was willing to pay for it.

Kind of wish in the order of seven that I can split the flavors. I wanted to try four cold, blue and three another flavor. It is also true to size is serious and will definitely be a lot. The bag I took back to New Jersey, had a lot of spillage from the honey lemon pepper.

As action Bronson would say. “F—- that was delicious!”
