Left the original review 6 mo ago with a positive review for friendly employees, but rewriting on 5/3/19. Wth happened in 6 months?! Got our order last night and my chicken breast (white meat) was brown; how long was it sitting? Husband didn't get the large mashed potatoes we ordered. The drive thru worker poured soda down the outside of my car door. He initially went to hand me a large drink to find he overfilled it and it was pouring all over his hands. He asked if I wanted a new one and I said "That's ok, you dont have to waste it. If you want to pour a little out and hand me napkins it will be fine." Instead of taking 2 steps to the drink dispenser. He took the lid off and poured it out of the drive thru window all over my car. I paid way too much for poor service and missing food. They were reported to the health dept last year for violations, but I figured they'd cleaned up their act. It may be time for another inspection. Also, if you want to see some good verbal arguments, you can tell which employees don't like each other there. They don't bother to shut the drive thru window when they're screaming obscenities at each other. That can be entertaining.
