At the drive-thru, I started giving my order and the attendant (who I would later find out is named Esmerelda) asked me to slow down which was fine. I continued giving my order more slowly, but before I finished, she said the total was $29.96. I told her I wasn't quite finished making the order, but she just raised her voice and repeated the total of $29.96 and rudely told me to pull forward and cut off the connection. When getting to the window, I asked if she was the one that took my order as I was giving her payment. She said yes, rudely shoved the bag at me, and closed the window. I was ordering for several people and I had to go elsewhere to get something for the remaining people who I did not get to order for. Then, when I got home, I discovered she had not given me the large meal I asked for over the regular for one of the meals, though thankfully, she hadn't charged for the upsize at least, she did not put a large side of mashed potatoes in the bag that I did pay for, and the 5 piece spicy chicken tender meal was not spicy and was instead 11 small chicken nuggets. Got our order last night and my chicken breast (white meat) was brown; how long was it sitting? Husband didn't get the large mashed potatoes we ordered. The drive thru worker poured soda down the outside of my car door. He initially went to hand me a large drink to find he overfilled it and it was pouring all over his hands. He asked if I wanted a new one and I said "That's ok, you dont have to waste it. If you want to pour a little out and hand me napkins it will be fine." Instead of taking 2 steps to the drink dispenser. He took the lid off and poured it out of the drive thru window all over my car. I paid way too much for poor service and missing food. They were reported to the health dept last year for violations, but I figured they'd cleaned up their act. It may be time for another inspection. Also, if you want to see some good verbal arguments, you can tell which employees don't like each other there. Read moreThis evening was the worst experience that I have had in my life with a fast food restaurant. I placed my usual order to include mac & cheese along with potatoes and gravy. When I arrived home to my discovery there was no gravy in the back. So I gave them a call back and I spoke with the manager working tonight (9/16/18). She told me to come back to the store. So I drive back to the store and they provided me with a container of gravy. When I arrived home, I discovered that I was not provided with gravy. I gave the store a call back. The manager said that they were given a bad batch by the manufactured and she complained. I then asked the manager why would you give something like this to a customer and she had no answers. Be careful of what you eat out this place. I will never go to this place again. I will be making a you tube documentary called, "Chick Fil A Rocks while Everyone Else Sucks".
