Dairy Queen East — Restaurant in North Lebanon Township

I wanted to take the time and carefully write out our experience. It's not Dairy Queen's fault. I was visiting my family last month and we decided to go get some ice cream at Dairy Queen. Upon the drive through, I ordered a banana split and mother ordered a cheese cake blizzard. It was sometime during the transaction payment mother took notice to 3 of the employees just standing there pointing up and one holding a cup. She asked the girl if they knew what they were doing or just learning. The girl replied no, everything is fine. After we got back to the house we started eating. Mother told me this is the worst tasting blizzard she has ever had. She insisted that it took 3 or 4 of them to make her blizzard and clearly had no clue what went in it. Maybe we just caught a bad night and there were some new employees in training or they just didn't have the full experience. Was fairly disappointed to find out that my peanut butter lovers blizzard wasn't made properly. These are my favorite summertime ice cream snacks and I look forward to having one of these every once in a while. Today I visited the store around 12:40 p.m. And I ordered a medium Reese's peanut butter lovers blizzard. Anybody who eats 1 of these definitely has a very overwhelming taste of peanut butter. Which I absolutely love. But today it was extremely vanilla like. Come to find when I dug a little bit deeper the whole bottom half was very good like a normal peanut butter lovers blizzars. It's like they accidentally made a small and then filled it up the rest away with vanilla on the top :( it was still quite tasty but just disappointing to know that the employees are cutting customer short of the peanut butter goodness and the rest of the goodies in a peanut butter lover's blizzard. Whoa! The lady that owns this Dairy Queen, Rita, is a terrible buisness owner and operator!! Went through, ordered a banana split, they messed it up, I specifically said NO Pineapple so they remade it and then I barely got any toppings, the owner, Rita, came up to the window, asked me my problem, I explained that the banana split was bare with toppings, I asked for more and instead of saying Yes, that's an upcharge (I would have gladly paid ($.50!) She said "NO" Oh wow, I always get bad service here! Every time! Just was in the area and decided to give it another try. The owner is no better than the young kids running this place!
