Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the food here but the issue i have is how frequently they mess up my order. I’ve been here 4 times this past month, and three out of the four times I’ve ordered they have gotten it wrong. I mobile order every time , and always get the same spicy chicken BLT with bomb sauce.
The first time, I mobile ordered a spicy chicken BLT , and received a non spicy chicken sandwich with nothing but pickles on it?? Didn’t receive my fry’s either. Drove all the way home , got settled , noticed no fry’s and tried a bite of the sandwich. Had to drive all the way back to have them fix it.
The second time this happened I ordered the same sandwich and a peanut butter burger. The burger came with no peanut butter or pickles? Same thing, drove home , took a bite , had ti drive all the way back and wait for them to re make it.
This last time is the reason I will never return to this location. I’m mobile ordered a spicy chicken BLT sandwich with bomb sauce, and a peanut butter pickle burger. Went inside to get my order, brought it home and went to look at my burger and sandwich and noticed that my peanut butter burger had no peanut butter or pickles or bacon, and my chicken BLT had no lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, or spicy bomb sauce. I had to come all the way back, and have them remake it only for them to make it incorrectly again without tomatoes, lettuce, or bacon.
I’ve done mobile orders every single time, and they always to manage to mess up my order. I always have to come back and wait even longer for them to remake my food, which defeats the entire purpose of mobile...
Read moreI absolutely hate leaving a negative review but last night during Bogo night we ordered four meals to be in for children with allergies tomatoes. When we got our food order, one of them did not have the double fries that we ordered and then the children’s burgers, which were the regular classics had all the helpings on it. My mother-in-law returned to the restaurant to have the burgers made, and instead of obliging, the staff told her that she needed to go to the back of the line to re-order or they would give her a refund mind you there was an hour long wait staff told her they did not have time to remake Our burgers. She let them know that these were for children and that the children had planned to eat dinner with us last night, and that we wanted their burgers. The manager had to step in to make them himself the staff other than the manager was very unprofessional and rude. I understand it is the busiest night of the year. But Giving the customer the only option to either get a refund or go to the back of the line as a little much when it’s your mistake fix it we shouldn’t have to wait an hour. We would’ve just picked the toppings off, but not only could we have the tomato touching anything that they ate? They would not eat the burger, knowing that the other items were on there as well. Here is the message I sent to the corporate office:
Hello, we were the last customers at the West Linn location Friday night, August 25th.
My husband has severe peanut allergies, so we inquired about the oil used in the kitchen. We were told it was canola oil, so there was no need to worry.
Unfortunately, after eating his meal, my husband had an allergic reaction. The only reason I can think that this happened was due to cross contamination from your peanut butter burger.
Please advise all staff to avoid cross contamination at all costs because peanut allergies can be life threatening.
As much as we loved the food, unfortunately it is no longer a safe place and my husband cannot take a chance of having another allergic reaction by eating there...
