Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Long Branch

We just walked up to get coffee and donuts and the door is locked. There is someone clearly standing inside, an employee staring out the window while drinking a frozen coffee who refuses to open the door despite the fact that sign on the door says that they close at 8:00. Their internet hours are also listed at 8:00. Dear person standing at the window staring at us, you're a HUGE liability for the owner. You just watched us and others walk up to your door while you kept it locked knowing full well that you were standing right there at the window next to the door staring at us with a dunkin' donuts frozen coffee in your hand. I sure hope you paid for that cold coffee that you were holding in your hand while staring at everyone trying to get in the building that you had locked before hours. I sure hope the owner doesn't realize that instead of doing your job, you were drinking a frozen coffee that you poured yourself for free while not allowing customers to enter the building that is clearly posted as being...

It's a nice store with friendly people. They were quick. However, when I used the bathroom a loud argument began outside the bathroom door between two men. It made me hesitant to leave the bathroom because they were so loud and aggressive. It appeared to be an employee and a customer arguing over the customer using the bathroom (maybe he wasn't a customer?)

Awful place to go. Loved going there until this lady that works at the drive through started being weird. Every time I go there and she’s there she’s always rude to costumers I went there to order an iced coffee she started rolling her eyes at me and left without saying nothing.
