McDonald's — Restaurant in West Long Branch

Worst McDonald's I ever walked in to I ordered two grilled wraps with my family breakfast meals it was a 25 min wait, never got the grilled wraps everything was paid for I work in a kitchen and expedite as my job besides being a cook monday threw Friday i have never seen nothing like that In any of my years ordering from McDonald's or my own work space being so much bigger and the orders much larger the manager was lost and unorganized she can't read her tickets she needs better training the staff looked fustrated with the manager, the manager her self skipped my order and gave my grilled chicken wraps to someone else who ordered 20 min after me her being in a rush she kept making mistakes I kept seeing people leaving that i was before there order some was normal and understandable but then I seen the cook in the back being fustrated when she asked for 2 more grilled wraps alot of custumers counldnt believe the way the manager was careless I became upset when she made it seem like it was his error when it her fault he said that was for the other order with the breakfast meals they were waiting for those wraps for a while he said it going be 15 min for ( my wraps,) I ask to speak to the manager she was dark skin women with a hatian accent (the manager) she gave me a bad look when I asked her how long she said being fustrated 15 min and I had been already waiting 20 min i was so upset dealing with her i though there was someone there knowing what there where doing but everyone is following someone who doesn't know clearly it's not the staff fault but the manger they never gave me any explanation never spoke to me about the wait or anything I had to ask for her, then 5 min later she wanted to refund me the 2 grilled wraps after my home fries pancakes eggs got cold I wish i could of refunded everything we didn't eat it, after she refunded me the wraps she didnt bother discounting something after the over 25 min wait I had to leave in a rush to work the least u can do is discount something for the time and trouble caused I wasn't the only customer upset waiting for there food I believe the manager doesn't know how to manager her team or her self I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this McDonald's unless they want to wait or deal with...

ZERO 0 STARS ZEROOOO . I CANT RECALL GOW MAMY TIMES THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. I GO THERE LATE NIGHT AFTER I GET OFF WORK FOR A SIMPLE DOUBE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE AND NO PICKLES AND CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH. I should have known that my order was gonna get messed up when the person taking my order at the drive thru asked me how many tenders I wanted. I DIDNT ORDER TENDERS. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and 2 hash browns. They give me my food after a 20 minute wait and I check it knowing that they probably messed up my order like the countless times before. First thing I notice is there are 2 mcmuffins in the bag. No one ordered any freaking McMuffins! So I give the bag back to the young lady who I guess was the manager though her manners said otherwise. And I explained what was wrong. She reluctantly took it while rolling her eyes and another 5 minutes to make my sandwich which should have been correct In the first place. Then I get the bag back get home happy that I caught their mistake and open my food only to realize they messed up again!!! MY DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WAS MISSING A QUARTER OF A POUND. YES IT WAS MISSING A WHOLE PATTY MEANING THEY CHARGED ME FOR A DOUBLE AND GAVE ME A SINGLE. This is THE LAST STRAW.!! This place either needs to reconsider the people they have working there or just shut down all together. Every time I’ve been there they have inconvenienced me. ZERO STARS NEGATIVE STARS EVEN. I don’t think I can ever trust this place again therefore I will not be eating from there again....

I am from Newyork This place is so horrible that me and my family went to the McDonald’s to have some burgers and eat there I went To drive trough tans I ordered I want to add some more burgers I forgot and I went to the window I asked I forgot to add some more burgers she started to talk we will not add anything in window you want to come back again in drive through I send ok and I went back in drive trough again and I ordered some more burgers I came to window as soon she see me she just started saying things this is now any local restaurants are cheap burger Selina place if you don’t know how to order why you come to McDonald’s all this things as soon I started to say things what happen she just walk out from there and some another man came and gave me the burger and he apologized me after this I parked my car at parking lot and in front of the McDonald’s there is grass with chair’s started eating it was 10:55 pm a soon kids me and family started eating that people just turned on the sprinkling water the women was standing there and watching us from the window all my food was in the water I was call in her she just ignored us after she saw us and I sing her plz turn off she just said go away in sing word and I went to the pickup window and I asked her what is going on she told me it’s our rules we want to turn on the water at 11pm every day it’s you mistake you should not seat there I told them I will give a good review that people will know what you people are doing to customers hear this racism should stop...
