We went in the door behind another couple (didnt know them)they asked do we seat our self or wait. The little girl maybe 9 or 10 said sit any where. My husband is going to the restroom, the little girl yells at us to have a seat.I told her he is going to the restroom I'm going to have a seat. She brings menus over throws them on the table and says what are you drinking? I said sweet tea, she said What is he drinking?? I said I don't know, he is in the bathroom. He was out of the restroom 2 seconds when she yells to him what are you drinking? At this point I'M ready to go.. she comes back with drinks and says what are you eatting.. we place our order with the little girl. While we were waiting on our food, They ( the kids) start filling up the soy sauce containers, dropping some in the floor, putting their fingers in them, standing over them while eatting watermelon, So some people may get watermelon flavored soy sauce, makes me wonder what went on while they filled the shrimp sauce containers. The little boy maybe 8 checked us out.. The whole staff was rude, unfriendly, made us feel like we were bothering them by eatting there. The man ignored a customer asking him about sushi. The lady threw a menu at him because he asked how much a sushi roll was. Kids get it honest. They do what they see..I will...

We got one chick and steak combo and it tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave or something and all very bland. The white rice was covered in pepper. The worst was they don't Give you any plates. We asked for plates and they gave my husband a to go box, just 1. For $78 give me some plates. I went back up to the counter and was given 4 of the containers they use for sushi. Also you have to be your own server. I literally had to write down everything we wanted and go to the front counter w my list. My advice...

The place doesn't seem clean enough and Japanese high customer service standard is obviously non existent.
Sincerely, this is very disrespectful. Please stop making sushi, change the name of restaurant or hire a real sushi chef at your...
