Bizzarro Pizza — Restaurant in West Melbourne

Not a company you want to do business with! I placed an order and gave details of my address to the person on the other end. The order total was $82.00 they said it would be 45 mins to 1 hour. After an hour and a half I decided to call, they said the order was no longer in the store. To make a long story short, the employee on the phone didn't get the address right so the driver was miles away from where he was supposed to be. After over 2 hours I called the store and expressed my dismay about the order and length of time. He offered a 25% discount, I countered with 50% which he denied. Any honest business would have done the order at no charge. Needless to say they have lost my business and I will assuredly not ever recommend them to anyone else! Brought friends from out of town here and arrived ten minutes before closing. I try not to be that customer but it sort of happened. However as my friends and I are walking up, a man comes out and announces “we’re closed” and stands in the doorway with his hands on his hips and a glare, as if expecting us to confront him. We asked if anything else in the area was open, no response, just a glare and hands on hips. I even said “alright have a good night,” and this man couldn’t even dignify me with a “you too”. This Bizarro Pizza location at 635 S. Wickham Rd. did not disappoint today. They were amazing from the time we ordered to when they delivered. We had my daughter's birthday today and ordered Cheese Pizza, Greek Pizza, Greek Salad, and Garlic Knots. I even had to make a few changes to the order only a few hours before they had to deliver and they were so accommodating. They are friendly and they delivered on TIME!! How often does that happen anymore? The food was amazing and everyone at the party was talking about how fresh and flavorful everything tasted. I had no leftovers to bring home because every last bit was gone. We will definitely be ordering from them again soon....
