I'm giving them one star here because that's as low as it will allow. We have ordered from this Domino's since they were in their old location. It's went downhill quite a bit in the last year. I no longer pay cash when I pick up my orders because the kids they have working the registers have no clue how to count change. We have had a minor problem with a baked sandwich that was ordered being completely wrong before but they promptly made the correct sandwich and delivered it fir free. Mind you I am within a mile of the store. Today's order was a bread bowl with chicken, bacon and spinach in Alfredo sauce. The same thing I've ordered from them about 6 times with no problems. Tonight though the chicken was limited to 1 full piece and a few tiny pieces but the real problem was the bacon. Instead of the smaller well cooked pieces of bacon they always use I had pieces about 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch long that were almost raw. I called back to the restaurant and asked to speak to someone about the problem. The manager apparently wouldn't get on the phone because I had to wait for the kid on the phone to go back and forth between us. What I was told was that if the breadbowl was mostly uneaten I could drive back to the restaurant and wait for them to make me another. I was also told that the manager wanted me to know that when bacon is cooked in sauce it can soften up and make it seem like it's uncooked. That was the last straw for me. I have been cooking for many years. I know the difference between the precooked bacon they usually use and uncooked bacon someone threw in there thinking 15 minutes through an oven was going to cook it and it would be the same. I asked for black olives on my pizza and not a single one, we ordered a garden salad and got a ceaser salad. Weāre not ones to complain so we ate our dinner. After we finished the salad and half pizza we go to open our cheesy bread and find a facial hair inside the crust. By this point I have had it, between chasing down the delivery driver because he canāt find our apartment to our orders being wrong then HAIR. I call and ask for a refund I was informed that I could not have a refund because THERE WAS NOT A MANAGER ON DUTY. What fast food chain does not have a manager on duty? We proceded to tell them what had happened and they informed us that since we had already eaten some of the food we could not have a refund unless they got the approval through the manager which would have to wait until tomorrow since there was not one on duty at 9:55 at night! They only get one star because they remade more of the cheesy bread for us, this time without their special seasoning of beard hair. I never heard back in regards to a refund and will not be ordering from any dominos again. This was pure unprofessional...

Driver was great but when I got in with my order I received a plain cheese pizza. Called and was told they would get me the correct one right away. Finally at 5:35 a different driver showed up and asked for the wrong pizza back because the managers said so because "sheās a new managerā. I didnāt eat the cheese pizza but seriously making me go back into my house and get it before you give me the the correct pizza (the one that I shouldnāt have had to call and spend over an extra hour to get) I gave up and went and got the wrong pizza for the driver and just sent the new pizza away.
