JUICY BUNZ LLC — Restaurant in West Melbourne

My husband and I LOVE trying local food trucks and restaurants, so when my husband got a notification on FB about a food truck near by we popped over to check them out -Juicy Bunz. My husband got the Beer Cheese Burger - which was delicious! The combo of meat, cheese, aioli, and toppings was perfection! I built my own burger with arugula, tomato, onion, pickles and bacon jam which was also yummy. My son got the flaming Cheeto burger which was essentially a burger baptized in flaming hot Cheeto dust - my son who loves flaming hot Cheetos enjoyed it. My other son got the Juicy Mac which was very juicy and flavorful. We also got 2 orders of fries with a side of cheese sauce. I’m honestly glad that I got the sauce on the side the fries are fresh cut and fresh fried on the truck so they are much softer than frozen fries. My husband loved the flavor of the fries with the cheese sauce, I thought they were nothing to write home about, but I also prefer really crispy French fries. Listen… I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re doing back there in that food truck, but Juicy Bunz just changed my relationship with burgers and possibly my entire personality.

I got the Beer Can Cheese burger, and let me tell you: I would fight a bear for this thing. The bun was soft, the patty was juicy (shocking, I know), and the cheese? Oh, the cheese. Drippy, melty, borderline inappropriate. My fiancé got the Hot Cheeto Burger, and after one bite he looked at me like I was a stranger like maybe we weren’t soulmates after all because that burger became his new love language. We didn’t talk for a solid 10 minutes. Just moaned between bites and made eye contact like we were in some weird burger cult. And honestly? Worth it!! I don’t know who’s back there grilling buns and sprinkling magic, but if you see this, we love you. You’ve ruined all other burgers for us. Forever. 10/10 would risk...

If you’re on the hunt for a burger joint that actually delivers on bold flavor, high-quality ingredients, and mouthwatering satisfaction. I ordered 2 burgers now,I’m going back to try the others because and every bite was a flavor bomb.The patty was insanely juicy, cooked to perfection, and clearly made from high-grade beef. It wasn’t drowned in sauce either — just enough to enhance the flavor without overpowering it. The bun was soft, lightly toasted, and held everything together like a pro.

They don’t skimp on the toppings either — crispy lettuce, fresh tomato, melty cheese, and pickles that actually add something to the bite. You can tell they care about quality that they put on there burgers
