3 stars for getting some of the drinks right, but we had to keep reminding them of what was still missing from our order. Butter pecan latte wasn't mixed, no sprinkles, tasted bitter and when I tried swishing the cup around to mix alot of the drink came out because they gave me a lid with a HUGE crack in it. Continued to pour out into my car as I drove because of the crack. Double chocolate donut I ordered also looked like it had been manhandled with fingers as finger indentations were all over the icing. We also were given small straws for large iced drinks, so kept losing our straws in our drinks.. Workers need to take their time to ensure the order is correct and follow the guidelines to make certain drinks, I've gotten to butter pecan latte from other locations and it has never tasted like it did from here. Where is Dunkin' donuts ever I went there it took forever first of all second of all I order snack and bacon like I order from Dunkin' Donuts is all over the place from the end of Long Island to the end of Jersey to the end of Pennsylvania to the end of New York this is the one and only Dunkin' Donuts that told me they're not allowed to heat the snack and bacon unbelievable I get it from every other place every day sometimes two three times a day and I always tell them to burn it and they do never ever that I ever hear that they said that corporate said they're not allowed to heat the snack and bacon never heard that before so I will no longer be going to this Dunkin' Donuts I used to go there twice a day now I will not go there no more I do not recommend this...

I have no idea how almost every time I decided to go there they got the order wrong. I just get two items, a large mocha latte and a medium carmel iced coffee. The majority of the time the latte tastes like cardboard and is undrinkable and instead of carmel I'm given hazelnut. On top of that one time when I ordered they gave me an iced latte instead of hot, when I asked about it the girl who took my order said that I must have ordered it iced and that it wasn't her fault, no apology or anything.
