Frank's Pizza (West Milford) — Restaurant in West Milford

The food is okay but the owner has a daughter that is a BRAT. It screamed and ran around. I told the waitress we wanted to go to the back room where it was quieter. She said she was cleaning and we could move up to the front. Us move?? Why not shut the brat up?? It took all my willpower to not get up and walk out. I now have a splitting headache and a really upset stomach. If we want Frank's food again, we will order take out. There always seems to be some monsters running around every time we go, but this time it was actually one of the owner's kid. They did NOTHING to shut it up. In fact everyone was goo gooing over it....

The food here is usually very good, I’ve been a customer for years. Over the holidays I placed a small catering order for half a tray of Chicken Sorrentino. I received a half tray of Chicken Fiorentino Romana. I was displeased about the mixup because my family doesn’t like spinach and there was a lot of it. True, the names of the dishes are similar in sound (maybe that was the issue), but the ingredients couldn’t be more different, other than they are both chicken. So my advice is to specify the ingredients and type of sauce when ordering to avoid being disappointed and having a meal that isn’t what you expected, or appealing to...

I have recently had the displeasure of stopping in to get a couple of slices at the Frank's in west milford and let me tell you it was not a good experience,first off I asked do you have 2 grandma's slices? and the very animated person behind the counter said of course and cut 2 slices off a tray that was definitely not grandma's pizza, i mean the cheese was on the top and it was a just a slab of tasteless mozzarella! and then to make matters worse they charged me 10 bucks for 2 slices. but then again I should have stopped him when I saw he was not giving me the right pizza.they are not holding up the Frank's pizza...
