The Pupusas were good, no complaints there. With the staff? Oh boy. The lady that was there was nice, I’ll give it to her. But most of the time while she was in the counter, she wasn’t wearing a mask and she goes around there like she’s proud of it. We have already ordered for pickup before we went there and we were told that it will take around 20 minutes for our food to be ready. Our food didn’t come out after about 45 minutes to an hour! She didn’t even bother to check what was going on with our order unless we told her to. While waiting for our food to come, we stumbled upon a peanut crunch (picture shown) and decided to buy three. When we asked the lady how much it was, she said she didn’t know. Obviously, she was clueless of the price. And then out of the blue, she decided, out of her pure judgement, that the price was going to be $2 a piece without even bothering to ask someone else if the price she had given was correct! So, we ended up not buying them. That was a big no for me. Imagine going to a store with staff like her? Would she be guessing prices all day long without even bothering to ask or verify the correct price for the products she’s selling??? To the manager of this restaurant, please do train her more. This place has potential and I hate to see it with staff like her. Train her more or get someone...
Read moreI gave this restaurant 1 star for the following: I have eaten in this place before and enjoyed the food up until June of last year. I ordered a "desayuno centroamericano" and ordered it with scrambled eggs, "guevos revueltos". My order came back with sunnyside eggs. I sent my order back and waited 30 minutes only to get my plate back with sunnyside eggs again. I asked for a refund and left. One year later; today, July 13th 2017, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered my breakfast only to receive them sunnyside up again. One thing I hate the most is when people play with my food; and to me, this constitutes as playing with my food. This is disrespectful. These people are ether racist or don't speak enough Spanish to understand the difference between revueltos and estrellados. I've learned my lesson and I will never go back to this...
Read more1st my sister and i were waiting for a table (wich is not a problem) but then someone else came and they sat them first. 2d we order the friend rice and bandeja paisa. We waited 1:15 for our food. The waiter came to our table and apologized and and asked us to wait a few more minutes and that they were not going to charge us because of the wait. We accepted and waited. When the food came, my bandeja paisa was good no complains but my sister's friend rices was wayyy to salty, the rice wasn't completely cooked and DIDNT HAVE THE SHRIMPS for what my sister was pissed. We i eat , my sister didn't and I asked for the rest to go. And the waiter comes witn a check saying that 50% of the check was taking care of when hi said that they will take care of it.. In conclusion WOOOOOORST place to go to eat if u want to have a good time...
