If I could give a negative number I would! I placed my order online at 806p received it 1015p. In between that I called the restaurant twice. The first time the woman who didn't speak English told me it would be another 20min after it had already been about an hour and a half. The second time I call I have a lady interpreting for the "manager" who also didn't speak English. I was told they didn't have my order meanwhile I have an email stating I did. She told me download whatsapp to forward the email to the manager. Who does that???!!!!!!! While on the phone dealing with them magically my door buzzes and it's the delivery guy from noches! Must be a miracle! I told them I wasn't signing any slip and needless to say I was told oh well you already paid and the phone disconnected! If I could go there reach in their register and take my money without catching a charge, I would! Never in my life will I ever give them a cent or recommendation other than a negative one AGAIN! Not to mention the Maduros and tostones were probably off the plate of a customer from two weeks ago, DISGUSTING. I wouldn't eat there if they paid me simply because that is not how you ever conduct business. They...
Read moreThe service was garbage. The waiters have chargers for their tablets and noticed they were barely using the chargers. I took the liberty to charge my phone for a bit so that I can pay for my food since my phone died. A waiter then came to me and said I can’t use the chargers because I’ll end up breaking them. I had to explain twice that how will I will I pay for my food if my phones dead. They told me I can only charge it for a couple of seconds to pay then I have to remove the charger. Look, I don’t expect anything from anyone, nor does the world revolve around me. That also goes the same for tip. If you really thought that I was going to mishandle and break the iPhone charger then you could’ve asked me for my phone and charged it behind the counter yourself. I’m not asking for entitlement, only hospitality. A type of hospitality that would help solve a simple issue. If I didn’t convince the waiter on charging my phone then I truly wonder how this could’ve gone down. Never coming...
Read moreGreat Food but Bad Experience. I waited on line for a table for two. I watched as the staff walked back and forth, they acknowledged that I needed a seat. A waiter approached us and asked us to let the family behind us through. No problem, big families needed priority. We waited another 10 minutes when suddenly more people waited behind us. Again, the same waiter asked us to let the people behind us through. Well that was a bit fishy being that they were only two people and were Colombian. Still I allowed it. More Colombians entered and a different waiter came and asked if it would be ok to allow the Colombian people behind us through. Now I got angry and had to tell them off. Then the owner came out and apologized and wanted to seat us but I was already too upset to eat. I felt that they gave priority to their people. Its a shame but I that was two years ago and I haven't returned to that Noches de...
