There quality in products i would not reccomend . I recently just bought a fridge with problems since i got it . They brought technicians to my house that couldnt fix the problem and i was told i would have to exchange it because thats the best they can get the door to shut . So now its been a few days over a year and my freezer wont close and its caused water damage in my apartment and i am stuck having to buy a fridge because pc richards cant help you. I ALSO BOUGHT a 1000$ tv that broke down on me in less than 2 years from pc richards and again i wasnt helped . My point is i think they're quality in products is a lot cheaper than what you get from best...

Wow this place has everything. TV’s l, extension cords, microwaves, and even stoves and refrigerators at the second floor. Isaac Ortiz helped me and my roommate pick out a refrigerator and was extremely helpful. I feel like we were a bit picky with our style but Isaac didn’t mind. He knew my situation was tough and offered a great price for an amazing fridge. I went in there worried I wouldn’t find one but Isaac made sure I left happy and satisfied with my new fridge. He even texted me the day of arrival and was very attentive about it fitting in my apparent. Thanks you...

The customer service is good Nelson is the goat the best sells man hopefully he sees this he is the best salesmen goated but the reason I put a one star is because my bed came bent from the bottom and kinda destroyed like my bed from 2014 has springs and I slept in it till Friday the 13 October and i still don’t feel springs but I feel springs in my bed in the sides and my old bed has spring but I don’t feel it so that’s crazy but pc Richard still has bad products I should of known better I want a refund basically but yea and also Nelson is the the best...
