Tried this place for what is the 5th and final time. I went in with my daughter looking for a dress for junior prom. I was hopeful bc we were able to look at dresses for a whole 2 minutes before being hovered over. The incredibly rude man that I assume is the owner came over asking questions about what we were looking for, I answered prom but a short dress. My daughter and I had already spotted one dress she wanted to try on so I grabbed her a medium and handed it to her as I continued to look. He approached my daughter and snatched the dress from her, held it up to her and said that’s too small and grabbed an XL. She snatched back the medium and said no. I missed this interaction as I was looking and he said again what are you looking for and I said we’re not sure she needs to try different style dresses until she finds what she likes. He said no. This time unlike the visits before I challenged him. I told him what do you mean no, she needs to figure out what she likes he said she can try a couple that’s how I do it. I responded I’ve been in your store 5 times do you know how many times I’ve bought something zero!!! Bc you don’t let people try things. He is an awful man!!! He told a teenage girl she was too big for a dress that she ended up trying on in a medium and it was a perfect fit. She didn’t love it so that was the end of our visit there. Do not allow your teen girls to be degraded by this rude man. The damage he can do to a teen is so evident by todays events.

THIS WAS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW 2 years prior to the above. This place was anything but Glamorous! It was hot, they require masks, they follow you around and don’t want you to touch the merchandise. They tell you it’s shown on the wall and it’s not!!! Then you point to something on the wall of pics and they tell you that won’t work. They’re so rude!!! Go to La Moda Fina Inc. right up the road. I called beforehand to make sure this place had Red quince dresses since that's what she wanted for her up coming sweet 16. I was told yes we have Several Red dresses for her to look at and try on. I drive an hour away only to walk in and no greetings at all. The husband stays behind the counter. Okay, and the wife says nothing but keeps following us like I'm going to get away with a quincenera dress and just run. Well funny thing was they had not one in the shop that was Red and they didn't offer to order her one from any books. The wife finally tells me we have a Red dress in the window. It was an immediate walkout as the dress was maroon and not Red and it looked like a damn Christmas ornament. I was definetly upset as we rushed to get their, got lost but found the place that didn't carry any dresses that we were looking for. And the owners were absolutely careless. If I could leave negative stars I would. What a waste of time all bc the owners couldn't be honest with me. Don't go here unless you want to feel ignored and lies to with a big smile on their faces....

Do not go here! I have never written a bad review before but I deem it necessary. The service is horrible. The sales people and owner are rude and dressing rooms are a shoe box. They act as if you are a criminal in the store and will only bring you one dress at a time and then if you walk three steps away from the dressing room with the dress on, they tell you to change first. When you ask to try on other dresses the sales people act as if you are bothering them and you should liked the first dress you tried on. When asking about return policy or shipping, answer was no, buy now or you don't get it. Quality of dresses is mediocre, store a bit dirty, the owner has their young kids running around being loud, not a pleasant environment. It is worth driving anywhere else in Nj or going to Brooklyn for better service and most likely better quality dresses. Do not support this store, the owner and staff should learn better manners or not be so prejudice against all other races but their own! I only gave one star because I had to in...
