Where to begin... --》The service, Part 1: I called in an order and when quoted the price, I said "oh, good, I have a coupon for a..." The women on the line immediately cut me off, saying, "You don't qualify for any coupons or free items!" (My order did qualify, though; see the attached photos of my receipt with the qualifying coupon.) I chose not to argue with her, though, because my first choice (my usual, local Chinese place) -Hing Lung - happened to be closed on Sundays. My family was hungry, so, I figured I'd give this place a try. --》The service, PART 2: As I tried to give my card number, the fast-talking women kept cutting me off, insisting that she already had it, & told me my cell #. When I said, "This is a charge, you will need my card #," she finally calmed down and took it--big mistake on my part; stay tuned. --》The food: Well, my family and I are used to fresh made, GOOD Chinese food. This ain't it. We found that the beef tasted like baking soda, the chicken was rubbery and fatty, the string beans looked like they had some kind of nuclear glow about them, I actually liked the egg rolls (but my son thought they tasted a little bit Frozen and rewarmed). I should thank God that the portions were small, because most of it went into the garbage. --》About the only good things I can say about this place are: 1.)The vegetarian lo mein was okay, compared to the rest of the order. 2.)The food did arrive in a timely manner and it was hot. I gave this a generous two, because I have had a number of reasonably good meals from there before, and the delivery is always fast, not much hassle. But! last night I got a sesame chicken takeout I had to dump it in a collander and strain out TONS of juice, the chicken and broccoli were already completely soggy. I added some rice to soak up the rest of the juice, but the chicken wasn't at all crispy on the outside, and the meat was extremely questionable (I could eat some pieces fine, some were mad grizzle, others were just rubber-chewy.) You could tell it was a combo extremely low quality meat and very poor cooking.

Probably won't come back for more, this isn't the first time their food has been extremely sub-par. I wish there were good chinese or japanese restaurants near here, but there are none to be found except in...

With our 1st & 2nd go to local choices recently closing down for good, the search for a replacement has meant a lot of dismal meals. So we were so glad when a neighbor discovered Tsing, because we were about to give up. We even gambled on a sizable order with an assortment of our favorite standards, to not only ensure there be at least some things within or order be good, but also to best judge whether to go to it again. Every dish we got was equally good (so happy leftovers day!) This is a solid spot.
