No. 1 Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in West New York

I'm a West New York resident and ordered 2-3 months ago from here. Everything was ok... but...Today, Jan. 5, 2016 (my birthday) decided to order for delivery for my day. I ordered for my mom, son and my myself. The asian person who picked up the phone, messed up my order. I ordered the following: Plain Crispy Fried Chicken 1/2, Fried Chicken Wings w/ Pork Fried Rice, Szechuan Shrimp with Pork Fried Rice.... they delivered one order of chicken wings (I ordered a 1/2) and another order of chicken wings with rice (which was correct) also they delivered an order of ''CHICKEN'' Szechuan (not the shrimp which I ordered). I called to complain and they only offered a free soda for next time I order. Are you serious??? Really??? I'm unhappy and will never order from this place again. I don't even give it one star.. NO...

I live half a block from this place. I ate the food before but it was always something and half the time the food would only taste like grease and other food like onions, i said i was never going to order there again after they had me on hold for more than half an hour once. But today i wanted to give it another try and decided to order Baby shrimps with fried yellow rice and fries. The yellow rice was disgusting. It tasted like onions and fish. The shrimp was even worse, I've never ate shrimp like those. It tasted like GREASE ONLY. They exaggerate the shrimps by making them bigger and when you bite into it, its all fried flour and LOTS OF GREASE. Lets not forget the fact that she hung up the phone on me when i called...

What I like about this establishment is the variety of dishes they offer, besides the usual Chinese fare, you'll find Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese inspired dishes. There are plenty of seafood choices, and a collection healthy options. If you aren't very hungry, besides the usual appetizers they offer a modest selection of Dim Sum plates.

The dinning area is relatively spacious and uncluttered compared to other Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. Free hot tea is a nice extra if you eat in or are waiting for take out. Lastly, the lady behind the counter is...
