Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

As a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer who consistently chooses this brand over competitors for its quality and service, my experience at this particular location was profoundly disappointing. My wife and I made our usual purchase, including my favorite latte and a couple of donuts, but when we kindly asked to use the restroom, we were denied on the grounds that it was out of service. However, moments earlier, we witnessed the restroom being opened for an elderly white American woman. When we pointed out this inconsistency to the Hispanic-American employee, he reaffirmed that the restroom was unavailable, without providing a coherent explanation for the disparity in treatment toward my wife. This kind of behavior not only contradicts the values of inclusion and respect that a reputable brand like Dunkin’ should uphold, but it is entirely unacceptable. I normally go there during the weekends in the mornings the service is great there’s always a guy that is very nice and Efficient.. today I went around 7 PM the lady there helped me in a bad mood, and then when I went to pay I asked her if I could add Hashbrowns to my order and she said I had to go all the way around to the line or go inside and order when I was already at the window and she could just charge me for it, There was no line, there was no cars behind me, so there was no reason for her to tell me to go all the way around to order. We have been coming to this location for over 8yrs, it use to be amazing. The last 6months the employees have stopped caring. 4 of the 5 times I come a week my drink order isn’t made correctly. I’ve stopped editing my drink orders, and just requesting exactly how it is in the picture and 4 out of 5times it is wrong. They will argue with you about it until you show them the picture on the app and then make you feel bad because they have to remake the order the were wrong on. Simple things like ice coffee, lattes, to the specialty drinks.
