I've been a few times and I love this place but last night the service was terrible. Management have to step up or they are going to lose clientele. The food was ok but not enough servers to look after us. I ended up getting my own water, napkins, silverware and numerous requests for missing food items fell on deaf ears. The teenagers/adults working there just say ok then never come back, so I finally gave up. I'm all for food industry people being tipped but they include the 50/hour for playing golf on the food bill so the tip options upon check out includes that- so the suggested gratuity for mediocre service ends up being double a normal tip so watch for that. Some of my favorite games were unavailable to play also, they seemed to have changed the games, there are less to choose from and they aren't as good as they were months ago. If you are going to change the games make sure the old ones are available to play as people come back expecting those. My kids' day was almost ruined when his favorite "blow up the monsters" game wasn't available. One teen employee spoke rudely to my kids as well. So despite being a big fan of this place in the past this experience wasn't up to par and when I spend over 300 bucks on a family activity I really want to be happy about my hard earned money...

In Drive Shackâs defense, we had more people than was âallowedâ per the bay. (We had 10 of us, multiple portions of my family including grandparents) in a group. Someone who looked like a manager came over and told us we need 2 people to move out for âsafety reasonsâ⌠not just outside the bay. âThey must wait in the lobby or go into the bar inside.âEveryone was sitting down and very orderly. The option we decided originally was to switch people out at the bar, but after all it seemed dumb to stay at an inside bar and over pay for drinks.
Very obviously a money grab, as they wanted us to purchase another bay. The place seemed great and very well kept, but the rule was dumb for the situation. Only 5 of the group were actually golfing to begin with.
I get that rules are established (for reasons like a group of 20 year olds acting dumb), but we were just a large family who is all in town for a birthday party. So we ended up separating and some of us left. Disappointing as the place seemed pretty cool, but it left a bad taste...

Where do I even begin?! This place was a disaster the moment we walked in. My boyfriend, looking for a quiet spot to make a private call, accidentally entered an "Associates Only" door â which, by the way, was WIDE OPEN and completely unmarked from his angle. Before he could even realize, a raging, rude customer snapped at him with zero grace, barking âI donât care, LEAVE!â â and this was after my boyfriend tried to apologize politely. Unbelievable.
As if that wasnât enough, we sat down to what we thought would be a decent meal â HA! Think again. We ordered wings, a kids meal, and some drinks⌠and what did we get? NO napkins. NO check-in from the waitress. NO basic courtesy. Just cold food and cold service. It was like we were invisible.
If you're looking to throw your money in the trash and get treated like garbage, by all means â come here. But if you have any self-respect, do yourself a favor and head over to Top Golf instead đ At least there, they treat you like a human...
