Leo's Pizza — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Always had great service and really enjoyed the food here. UNFORTUNATELY, they failed to meet expectations of customer service. I am at my office alone, can't go anywhere to eat or pick up food and I am starving. Called and ordered their 2 slice and a soda special. I was told that my total was $7.76 and there was a $10 minimum on deliveries. I explained, I only have $12 cash and don't have my card. So I manage to order something and it's exactly $10, with tax it's $10.70. That leaves $1.30 as a tip. I asked if they could make an exception and I would pay the driver my total $12. Meaning a $4 and change tip on an $8 order for them. They still refused. Seriously? My office is 2 minutes away. I don't need or want extra food, but I enjoy their food and LIKED the staff so much I was willing to tip more than 50% just to get the food and support the business. And wow. I am in shock. So I called the chinese food place and they are delivering, for roughly the same total. No more...

If this is the best pizza outside of New York, I'll go to Chicago thank you!! I ordered a pizza from here about 2 months ago, and it was nothing but grease. It was AWFUL. After reading the reviews again, I figured I would give them another try. Boy am I kicking myself. I ordered a calzone and a stromboli. The young lady told me on the phone that it would be 20 minutes, I was there 25 minutes latter. The young lady that I spoke with on the phone said that it would be another 20 minutes. Well 30 minutes latter I get my food. I got home ready to enjoy, only to find what appears to be rolls of bread with hardly anything inside. Save yourself the time and money. This place...

Just ordered 2 chicken parm subs at 604 pm was told would take 40 minutes for delivery. Which is reasonable considering I live about 3.5 miles away. Called at 7 to confirm they had the gate code for our apartment. He said the driver was just leaving. Called at 745... Was informed they had to remake a sandwich... Why they would have to remake a chicken parm - I'm no professional. The driver had just left 5 minutes ago. 810pm. I've been hungry for 2 hours... The food was good. But it took 2 hours to get 2 sandwiches when they said it would take 40 minutes. On top of that I still had to pay over $25 for it....
